It has 4 double bedrooms, two with double bed, one with twin beds and anotherone with bunk beds. It has also 3 bathrooms, one with bathtub and two with shower, a large living room with pellet stove and access to the private garden from where you can enjoy stunning views of the mountains. You will also find a fully equipped open kitchen and a private garage with direct access to the house. The property is surrounded by gardens, being an ideal place to enjoy a few days of rest in the middle of nature.
The house is located in Martinet, a village halfway between Puigcerdà and La Seu d apos;Urgell, next to the river Segre. Ideal for those who love excursions as it is within the Natural Park of Cadí-Moixeró, and with easy access to the best ski resorts of Cerdanya and Andorra.
