You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Beautiful modern villa with upscale and very complete equipment.
The villa consists of 3 bedrooms:
1 master suite with queen size bed
1 bedroom with double bed
1 bedroom with single bed and 1 pull-out bed.
Necessary children made available: cot, high chair, bathtub with bathrobes and anti-slip, changing table, small slide in the garden.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Garden with swimming pool (secured with a standard shutter), terrace, summer seating area and dining areas.
Heated and refreshing floor.
The villa is located 5 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from the commercial area (by car.) The golf course of Valdaine is 4 minutes by car. We can provide 2 golf equipment (1 for women and 1 for men).
The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful and sporty.
You can enjoy the greenway that stretches over 20km (access to 2 min walk from the house).
Visit the DrÎme Provençale and all its absolutely magnificent landscapes towards Grignan, the 3 Becs, the forest of Saou. Visit the Ardeche with its treasures such as Chauvet Cave, the Ardeche Gorge and Vallon Pont d'Arc. And of course, Montelimar and his famous nougat.

Juste parfait
Super accueil d'Amélie et William. Les petites attentions à notre arrivée nous mettent tout de suite dans le bain.
TrÚs belle maison moderne, agréable à vivre et bien située.
Les extérieurs avec la piscine et le jardin paysage sont trÚs relaxants.
Le sol réfrigéré à été une vraie découverte pour nous, et c'est bien plus agréable que la clim', maison toujours fraßche.
On y reviendra avec grand plaisir đđ

SĂ©jour mĂ©morable !!! Une maison de toute beautĂ©, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, trĂšs lumineuse et dĂ©corĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t, chaque espace a Ă©tĂ© pensĂ©. LâextĂ©rieur est tout autant magnifique ! nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du jardin pour nous reposer.
Ils ont tout prĂ©vu pour quâon soit Ă notre aise, et les petites attentions Ă notre arrivĂ©e ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©es. Notre hĂŽte a Ă©tĂ© disponible lorsque nous en avons eu besoin, ce qui est un plus.
