We rented a 14-bedroom all-inclusive property for our family vacation beginning January 22, which included a chef and house maintenance staff. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.Upon arrival, the house had a strong mildew smell. The upstairs bathroom toilet would not flush, and the WiFi was not working. We immediately contacted the owner to express our concerns. Instead of resolving the issues, we were offered a different property with only 11- bedrooms.Because we were uncomfortable staying in the original home, we moved to the 9-bedroom house, which caused major inconvenience. We had to sleep 2–3 people per bed, and some family members had to sleep on couches. This was not what we paid for and significantly impacted our comfort and vacation experience.Although the rental was advertised as all-inclusive with a chef and staff, after meals were prepared, no one stayed to clean. We ended up cleaning ourselves. Additionally, we repeatedly had to request towels and fresh sheets throughout our stay. Clean towels should have been provided daily without having to ask. To make matters worse, my son found a creature in his bedroom.While the owner apologized, no meaningful solutions were provided. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience, and I would not book with this property again.
