I arrived from the airport close to 8:30 Eastern Time was not aware of the 1 hr. time difference and requested a bottle of wine with 1 glass be brought to my room that I planned to call for room service for a late dinner on the terrace. I was immediately told there was no room service that they had 9 restaurants I could eat at. I told them that I was traveling alone and am not fond of eating alone and would like room service. No room service available so I went to my room without anything to eat after being dragged to 2 different restaurants, an Asian and one by the pool that I had to stand in line for so I just left and went to my room. The phone rang shortly thereafter and was told that someone was bringing up a bottle of Chardonnay and a glass for me...I thanked them. I was awoken by construction noise (jack hammering, etc.) which went on every day I was there apparently on the 10th floor and the roof, I was booked on the 7th floor in Tower B. If you needed something to drink you had to take your ice bucket down to the bar for them to fill and use tap water...no refrigerators in the rooms either which was quite surprising. Needless to say I ate dinner at 1 restaurant, the one by the pool the entire time I was there and either ate breakfast or lunch in the help yourself dining area. They have no servers that wait on you by the pool to get your drinks for you or at the beach, you have to walk to the bar and get it yourself. The internet access room was out of order the entire time as well which was suppose to be included in my stay. The area is absolutely breath taking and the people who work their were very nice but I've learned that all inclusive is not all inclusive...you need to ask before you pay for it. Other's I meant where transferred to another area the other side of the breakfast/lunch area due to the noise of the construction which had room service, refrigerators, wi-fi, etc. Just wondering why I wasn't moved as well?

great resort the next trip to Jamaica we will spent at this resort

The staff, food, room, and amenities were all great. They certainly exceeded my expectation and I can't wait to return.

We LOVED it here! This was our first all-inclusive vacation, so we had no idea what to expect. We had read some mixed reviews which we were a little worried about, but we were totally blown away by this place - don't rely too much on the pictures, they don't do it justice. It's super casual (we loved that because we didn't want anything TOO fancy) and the resort is gorgeous - we upgraded to an oceanfront view, which I recommend because the view was amazing. All rooms come with a private balcony, so we spent so much time just hanging out there. They have tons of activities daily, as well as nightly shows at the resort and free shuttles to some of the bars (we went to Margaritaville one night). Our last night we had an INCREDIBLE private dinner on the pirate ship in the waterpark. That was so cool and silly and so much fun - they have lots of options like that (dinner under the stars, on the beach, etc). I have to say that the staff was the best part about the trip - everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were heartbroken to leave, but we will definitely be back!!

Location and staff was the best things about sunset beach Got a roof top view after paying for an ocean front room. Paid for wifo which never worked. I had to pay for a safe lock. No refrigerator in room. No ice machines on the Floors I had to go to the bar to get water. Food was mostly fried unhealthy foods Definitely not an authentic jamaican experience

The staff was very helpful. But the hotel has seen better days it needs to be redone. The beach is very very tiny and very very rocky. It is being overtaken by seaweed! The food was okay nothing great.

This entire vacation was awesome. We didn't want to leave.

Unable to enjoy the amenities as we were on a mission trip. We were thankful that the dinning room opened on time at at 7 am. The staff was great friendly and accommodating always willing to help.

Staff was very nice. You can book all your trips through the hotel. Food and entertainment we're also pretty good.

We had fun! The resort had some issues but have been there a few times. The service and food I enjoyed

Perfect spot to stay for honeymooning couples. We had a great time and the price was unreal.

The rooms are not what they proport to be online they were old the furniture were old an scratched up the rooms could use more work. a rug or two on the cold tile would be nice and pictures on the wall. in order to get the rooms you see online you would have to spend more money. lovely for kids with the water park and lazy river.

The staff was very accommodating, the property is beautiful and well kept. We were never hungry or thirsty! My daughter and I had a Fabulous time. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Would recommend this resort. Lots of activities right there- beach, 4 pools, lazy river, free kayaking and snorkeling. Great staff and clean. Great for a relaxing vacation. Beautiful views from the hotel.

Great trip overall..again! I've been twice to the same resort and each time I was very pleased with the staff, basic amenities, and clean property and rooms. It's a small resort, but great for relaxing. And I mean, come on..you're in Jamaica!! :) Close to airport too.

Hotel is a great value. Rooms are fine and clean, but food is below average even for Jamaica. That being said, can't beat it for the money.

LOVED THE FOOD, STAFF WAS GREAT. DIDN'T NEED TO LEAVE THE HOTEL FOR ANYTHING, EVERYTHING AVAILABLE ON SITE

I think this place is a little pricey but they do serve a decent variety of foods daily, free nightly entertainment which is actually pretty good. They had a fire breathing show and a guy balancing tables on his head they lost me when some girl came out and turn her back to the crowd to shake her but in one of those freak dances im glad my kid was distracted during that part. They could've done a better job keeping the beach clean of the seaweed that washed up. Don't shop in their gift shop everything is at least 30 bucks including the bug spray which was some kind of oil not the regular off spray. *go shopping on your first day, buy an insulated cup (all inclusive hotels tend to use very small cups) and buy your own liquor while ur on the shopping trip (the drinks at the hotel are very watered down). Know that when u come out of the castle slid IT SAYS 5FT BUT IS ACTUALLY 6ft DEEP! I literally al lasted drowned. The life gaurs was hanging out in the castle enjoying the shade and his cell phone. I would go back but only on a serious deal.

I returned to this hotel after my lasy visit in 2007. it was just as good as it was then. Staff is super friendly and courteous. Entertainment was good and I particularly liked the beach party which had guests dancing the night away. Very good time

Good drinks and good food, staff was very nice and courteous. Would return
