Nothing was good and I have yet heard back From you in regards to my numerous emails to yoj

This property was just ok. I have had much better experience elsewhere. Most of the service staff were not overly friendly the ones that were really made the experience great since the property was mediocre. The property also tried to overcharge us when our flight was cancelled due to a snow storm. We ended up taking a bus to Negril and staying at an amazing property for a 1/4 of the cost.

The location itself is beautiful but this was the most exhausting and expensive “all-inclusive” trip I’ve ever taken. We couldn’t check in for two hours. The AC turns off in the middle of the night so you wake up sweating. Staff is nice but they never seem concerned if there’s an issue. Plumbing is 50/50 if it works. There is nothing to do at night. My friends came here on their honeymoon and were miserable by day two so I resorted to $200 massages for them. The ATMs don’t ever work. The nurse is rarely there and not part of the resort so she wanted $40 for a consultation when I asked for one Advil. Again, the beach is beautiful but I would never come back here.

We stayed in the level and everyone was SO friendly food was great. Definitely will be re visiting !

Loved how small & accessible everything was. Loved the views from our room. Did not like that dinner requires long wait times.

The property was beautiful my room was very nice with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating the Bob Marley drink was particularly my favorite and the entertainment was very good. Overall I was impressed by this hotel and the people who work for it.

The unconventional location of the houses adds great view

Amazing scenery. food portions were a little off. but great for all inclusive and the staff was amazing!

A gorgeous place with indifferent service. If you can get a better rate without any resort credits, do so. They're an utter waste.

Beautiful beach. Food and staff were good. Concerned about room not being sealed and lizards got into room even though we kept doors shut.

Swimming pool too small. Room A/C doesn't work properly. Shower has no hot water in the first day.

The beach is somewhat rocky but the hotel, service, and view is great .

I enjoyed staying at the hotel including the activities the hotel offered.
