The property was under construction so therefore the restaurant was closed. The property is on top road only one restaurant is in walking distance. Our stay was horrible, no hot water and the toilet did not work.

It was under renovation so the restaurant was closed and that’s the main reason to choose this hotel the should of put it on the website and it was workers all day with loud noises from the renovations to babe pieces-of soap no shampoo lotion noting shower gel

The garbage bins are hard to find so guests tend to put the garbage in open areas

Staff courteous pleasant and professional however bathroom not clean properly

I have been stayng at The Grandiosa Hotel in Montego Bay Jamaica on and off for at least 10 years now The staff always remembers me and treats me like family If I have any problems or concerns they are taken care of Even if I want to get in my car and go somewhere I ask them first the best way That way if I am going somewhere there is a road or traffic problem I know about it as long as they knew of it

Every morning we waited over an hour for breakfast , A/c in the room is very loud , water Pressure is very low, Only three things on the menu for breakfast every day . I would not go back there And I would not invited anyone. Service is really poor. SMH

Room had beautiful view and was spacious. Housekeeping was impeccable, staff were friendly. Hotel is well-kept, but restaurant could definitely do with faster service and better food. It would be a smart move as there aren't many dining options within walking distance of the hotel; this is something they could really take advantage of if done properly.

Got in at midnight and the hotel was locked up saying they were expecting anyone . There was one man there who's answer to everything was "I don't know". I had pre booked an airport shuttle and it never showed up. I asked the same man for the number to call the shuttle number and all he said was I don't know. The hotel room ground was sticky and gross , the sheets were dusty we didn't have enough towels or rags and the Ac was very loud. There was no elevators so we had to lift our heavy bags up the stairs and I have a disability . All in all i would never stay here again, nor recommend to anyone again.

Room must have been cleaned with a filthy mop, it was smelly. You could see all sorts of brown dirt on the white bed skirts. Bellhop Steve was very helpful who was expected to do the housekeepers job at 11pm when I complained.

The rooms are spacious, could be cleaner,beds were comfortable. WiFi was poor was unable to pickup reception. The bar was a joke could not get a red stripe beer. Apart from the excellent service of all the employees I came in contact with, I would not recommend this hotel

Had a beautiful time and especially the view of the sunset!!

Very disappointed, no bath soap,towels very discolored, refrigerator didn't work,hotel need facelift and beer trained house keepers/bell person,very very disappointed.

We arrived via rental car on Monday April 17 at 3pm. The neighborhood was run down and scary. No cars were in the parking lot and trash lay all around the inside and outside parking lot. The interior was dark and barely anyone was staying there. The main lobby was very dark. We were escorted to our room after they tried to make me pay a $100 deposit even though It was agreed to be 50$. The pool we passed by was dirty and empty drinking bottles laid about from either that day or the night before. We got to our room and the TV was fuzzy, the bathroom tub was filthy and the toilet ran all night long. The beds were hard and the air conditioner was rusty and "screamed all night " as my 10 year old son said later on. We tried to watch the sunset to get ourselves in a better mood but their were cigarettes and a step ladder that was laying their so we had to walk around that. The food for dinner was overpriced, not tasty and took extremely long to get to us even though us and another couple were the only ones there. Both my sons said they didn't feel safe and we quickly got online and found another hotel to stay at. This place was nothing like advertised. We checked out the following morning and it was a massive hassle. I told them I would be asking for 2 of the 4 nights back to be credited and following up with Expedia. The rest of our vacation was a success at the Deja down the street.

Customer service was excellent. Food was delicious

Grandiosa is a very simple hotel with quiet & respectful staff. The food was good. The rooms were average. Doesnt give free access to any beaches in Montego Bay

It was pleasant but breakfast could have been free at least. They should offer an all inclusive.
