The Space is a one bedroom, one bathroom, living room, kitchen and patio modernly designed with new era stylish finishings and furnishing . Among these are high ceilings, chandelier, lit roofs, glass slide doors and wifi capable smart appliances.


This apartment requires code access to enter which will be provided on the day of check in. Once inside, Alexa device helps to monitor the front door among other controls in the apartment such as lighting, music, weather, recipe requests and movies.

BEDROOM

The bedroom is spacious consisting of one king bed, matching night stands, dresser, 65 inch tv ,full body mirror and his and her's closets. There is also glass slide doors that allows you to enter the balcony from the bedroom.

BATHROOM

Very unique bathroom with double entrance which allows it to be an ensuite bathroom to the bedroom as well as giving access from the living room area without invading each other's privacy. The bathroom's design is that of a glass standing shower with rain shower head, double vanity sinks and lit smart mirror which can be turned on and off as well as change modes.

KITCHEN

Huge space beautifully designed and equipped with LG brand stainless steel Door-in-Door refrigerator for adequate storage, four burner electric stainless steel stove with oven, other mini appliances, kitchen island with invisible cupboard doors below and large top surface to dine and work from.

LIVING ROOM

This is the epitome of coziness with mood night lamps, electronic fire place tv stand, 65 inch smart tv, sofa with pull out bed ,accent arm chair to match and dining table which seats six people under a beautiful chandelier.

luxury condo

The place looked very nice. The inside of the condo was immaculate, but the amenities were not available to us and that was very disappointing. The whole reason why I booked this condo was because they had a pool table and we could play alot during our down time. When we got upstairs to play, the pool table was broken beyond repair and needed to be replaced. That was a bummer. Then, they never opened up the bar at night. Boo. I told the owner of the condo that I have upcoming trips to Jamaica and if she wanted my patronage, she would have to at least replace the pool table. When I spoke to the owner, she said that she had no knowledge of these amenities not being available and she would speak to the property manager. She promised that the pool table would be fixed by Saturday of our stay and it was not. She lied to us. When owners have properties, they should make sure that all of the amenities are working properly because that's called excellent customer service and return visitors. I will try to contact her before my next trip and ask for proof of pool table replacement. If not replaced, I will stay somewhere else. Otherwise, very safe environment and staff was nice and helpful.
