Overall, a positive experience at El Greco. My introduction to the hotel started out bad since my transport was not at the airport upon my arrival, despite having paid online prior to my trip. Upon arrival at the airport I had to pay for a taxi ride to the hotel. Thankfully the hotel is a short distance to the airport, less than 5 miles. Upon arrival to the hotel, the front desk agent was very polite and professional. She informed me that my transportation payment was handled by a third-party online company. Not much comfort to me since I booked the hotel and transport online. My 1BR suite was clean and spacious. Stayed for 5 nights. Daily breakfast is included in the stay, I had a choice of traditional Jamaican breakfast or American-style breakfast. There is an option to purchase lunch and dinner at the hotel. Rooms were cleaned daily. Easy access to the Doctor's Cave beach.

This is a ok hotel located between the airport and downtown. The rooms are 2 stars at the most if all u need is somewhere to sleep for a few hours they need upgrading.First thing it would be nice if the TV was in the bedroom and the couches were more comfortable. The worst part of the room is the bathroom its outdated, vent fan is loud, tub is old and handle corroded and calcified. You get free breakfast but u can only have a small cup of coffee if u want more u need to pay.Welcome drink was pitiful. On the upside the staff is very friendly and respond quickly.

Well I would like to say thank you two most of staff that works at this beautiful hotel I do understand where the saff means you well but their customer service skills is very low. So we got i to the hotel and went to the front office the lady that was there on duty explain to us that our rooms weren't ready so we have to wait intern I asked her how long will this be she said around 30 minutes so we should please have a seat or correction if you would like we can have a seat and she will get it as quickly as possible so we waited 45 minutes still nothing so I turn to my brother and said you need to go say something because this is way too long and no one has came to us and said anything process took way too long. Anyways during the process of the week I've noticed that some staff customer service was very little they seem to come off as if they hate their jobs but I realize it's just that they haven't had enough training to know how to deal with a paying customer. Overall hotel rooms need proper and modern renovation the standards are Fallen low ants in the room it rained my brother's room leak through the AC water was pouring in they didn't even change his room they put some piece of towels under the AC bad for business and on top of that on or check out no one said we're so sorry for your experience here with us they just say goodbye the towels are all used and worn out they don't even use a fitted sheet on the bed the windows and doors are not properly sealed

Quiet hotel close to the beach. Food is ok. Staff are friendly and helpful. With free breakfast there is a one cup of coffee policy that is ridiculous. After it is $1.00/cup. Also, $3.00/day for an in room safe is ridiculous as well.

Went for a funeral and had a pleasant stay. Was able to enjoy a few amenities while there, beach, shopping , clubbing. The staff ensure to make the stay a pleasant one.

It was nice but having to take a 10 min walk to the beach I didn't like that

Room was clean, comfortable but a little run down and short on amenities like shampoo. Staff was the best. Food was very good. Location 1 min from airport. I was only there one night so didn't get to enjoy the facilities like the beach.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were nice and the rooms were perfect! I do recommend a elevator and add a/c to the living room area other than that this is the perfect place to stay! Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and beach passes!

Located at the tippy top of tallest building right down town on the hip strip. I've passed this lonely tower many times never knowing what was up top until now. Extremely secluded but right in middle of everything. It's a Pent House over looking mobay, you can see for miles and see the hustle n bustle of mobay, the best location and beautiful views, worth the stay and worth your money. You won't regret it. Best kept secret in mobay, I know. I've only been a couple dozen times lol. I see myself booking here from here on out and The Best Breakfast too... You never been to mobay until you been to EL Greco. P.s. I've overlooked this place many times, and I can say never again. A Must stay!!!!

This is hotel where you will only stay 1 or 2 nights or if you're on a tight budget. We stayed here for only 1 night just to be close to the airport. It's setup like a 1bedroom studio apartment w/ a kitchen but very outdated. PLEASE NOTE: there is only an air conditioning unit in the BEDROOM so if you want to watch tv out in the family room it will be hot! We stayed in the bedroom the whole time to keep cool. The upper rock views were awesome looking down to the beach & there is an access tunnel & elevator to get you down to Margaritaville and shopping stores. Great location!

Poor service from girls at front desk but the bell boy Christopher made up for it . A true gentleman . Easy walk down to the Main Street .

A bit dated but ok for price Friendlier Receptionist/ Registration would be nice too

Great location close to Montego bay Hip strip, Doctor's Cave beach, and other points of interest. Good breakfast with Local dish options

Short one night stay. Very convenient to beach. Included Breakfast very good with some local dishes.

The furniture was outdated the entire place needed updating. No tv in the bedroom, no air in the living area. The best thing about this trip was the restaurant, the breakfast was filling and the staff there were friendly. The view from the restaurant was awesome.

Staff was great!! The young lady at the front desk was awesome. We had a issue with one of the trips we booked and she helped us get it fixed. Food was good. The security guard was very helpful. The only compliant I had, is that the counter had a bunch of small red ants in the living room area of the room.

Great hotel location close to the beach and local bars and clubs..great authentic Jamaican breakfast.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast excellent but other meals not so much. It's an old hotel and the amenities are dated, it definitely needs an upgrade. THe positives, the beach is private, included and across the street. The breakfast is a good hearty meal sit down or brought to your room if you choose. The location is right on the "hip strip" without the high price. It's 10 mins from the airport without the airport noise. For a quick weekend trip etc, its good place to sleep and eat before heading out. If you want a luxurious place to relax in etc. this isn't the place for you. I would return for another quick trip.

I loved the room and the location, but the staff were the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel. When I arrived I was the only person in the lobby and was not greeted by either of the two desk staff. I told them I had a reservation and they started my paperwork. Before completing my paperwork the staff helped a person that arrived after me and took two phone orders. I stood at the desk for about 20 minutes. She then said a room may or may not be available and to have a seat. I waited another 25 minutes in the lobby while the lady talked with her co-workers, watched the TV and played with a roll of tape. Then came the trip to the airport. I had an early flight out and asked if I would be able to catch a cab at 6am in the morning. The staff member said don't bother with a cab, we have a shuttle. He never mentioned a cost. The next morning the shuttle driver was 30 minutes late, making my time for the airport very rushed. When I got to the airport the driver demanded a $15US for the ride. Had I just went with a local cab instead I could have arrived on time to the airport and it would have only cost about $3US.

The room was okay for the price, breakfast was great and included in price( that was a pleasant surprise) it's walking distance to a lot of places where u can eat and party! Loved our trip!!
