Living room-bedroom of 30 m2, separate kitchen of 4m2 fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer), bathroom. Wireless. 120 m2 interior courtyard and 900 m2 garden with large swimming pool, garden furniture and barbecue. All shops nearby.
