The living room is a true gem: bright, tastefully furnished, and with an enchanting view of the majestic Montecatini Terme Cathedral. It features a comfortable double sofa bed and a 40" 4K SMART TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, etc.) for relaxing evenings.

The living room leads to the panoramic terrace with a privileged view of the historic Cathedral: the ideal place to start the day with a coffee or enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, enjoying the magical atmosphere of the historic center.

The full, modern bathroom with window features a walk-in shower with a waterfall rain showerhead, designer fixtures, a professional hairdryer, and a premium courtesy kit (shampoo, shower gel, and shower cap). There are custom-designed storage compartments for your personal belongings.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite dishes. We'll also provide coffee, tea, and basic condiments. Perfect for those who want to feel right at home.

The apartment is located in a historic building in the heart of Montecatini Terme, easily accessible via the elevator on the first floor.

Parking: Paid parking is available directly in front of the main entrance (from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, free at night).

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Upon arrival, we will provide you with free detailed maps, tourist brochures, and vouchers for the main attractions of Tuscan cities, including all the activities and events of the period.
