Ho prenotato un albergo che quando sono arrivato era chiuso e mi hanno mandato a un altro: non ha mai funzionato la tv, non c’era posto al parcheggio e la finestra si affacciava alla piscina quindi casino da presto ogni giorno .

Good value family pit-stop

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable good-value rooms (two X triple due to family combinations). Early continental breakfast laid on just for us, so we could get to the airport at Genoa in good time - greatly appreciated, especially by the children! Quiet situation, but central. Easy walk to funicular & rail stations.

Partiamo con i lati negativi: la prima notte è stata un incubo a causa di una scuola superiore straniera che hanno fatto alcuni disastri veri e propri, non scendo nei dettagli, non è ovviamente colpa dell’hotel ma va segnalata la cosa comunque. Per quanto riguarda la camera (premetto che io avevo una camera doppia molto economica, non so le altre): sono vecchie purtroppo, il letto è abbastanza duro, le porte in legno e le pareti sono davvero poco insonorizzate, il bagno è piacevole ma peccato per la mancanza di una doccia (la vasca aperta la trovo scomoda ma è del tutto soggettivo). Per quanto riguarda i lati positivi: il personale è davvero educato, disponibile e super accogliente. Davvero, raramente mi sono trovato di fronte a degli albergatori così amichevoli e disponibili. Stessa cosa per il ristorante: durante il nostro soggiorno pioveva quasi tutte le sere e abbiamo deciso di mangiare in hotel, abbiamo trovato un personale cortese, un ottimo servizio e una cucina davvero davvero buona! Mi ha sorpreso in positivo! La posizione è anche ottima, a pochi passi dal centro, vicino ad un parcheggio e anche prendere l’autostrada è molto veloce da lì. Consigli per l’hotel: in stanza si sente la mancanza di un cestino purtroppo, ne avevamo uno in bagno ma è sempre stato senza sacchetti e quindi non utilizzabile per tutto. Fornirei la password del wifi dentro le camere. Per il resto, bravi =), considererò per i prossimi lucca comics il vostro hotel perchè voi siete squisiti!

Hotel probabilmente molto datato che ha bisogno di una rinfrescata sicuramente. Le pareti non sono in buono stato e le porte si chiudono sbattendo. Ogni rumore si sente amplificato.

Struttura storica al centro della città. Personale cortese. La camera aveva lo scarico del water rotto e mi hanno lasciato per tutto il soggiorno con il guasto irrisolto. Il bagno aveva la vasca e non poteva essere utilizzata come doccia: non avevano montato né tende né vetri. Set bagno di cortesia assolutamente insufficiente. La colazione sarebbe in linea con l'offerta di un 3 stelle al centro di una metropoli. In conclusione: se l'albergo si trovasse al centro di una capitale europea, non sarei contento del trattamento ma mi adeguerei al mercato, siamo comunque in una città che per quanto celebre per le sue terme non mi sento di accostare alle capitali europee.

Goed; kamer service was net en prima kamer, kamer was ook schoon (schoonmakers doen werk goed). Locatie redelijk goed. Goede baristo voor koffie Slecht: personeel spreekt zeer zeer slecht engels en doet geen moeite om je te begrijpen (zeker bij ontbijt), ik vond de obers daar erg onvriendelijk. Parkeergelegenheid veel en veel te weinig aanwezig en ook geen vakken. Werkt niet dus je zult betaald moeten parkeren een stuk verderop (ca. 16/20 euro per dag). Ontbijt was te doen. Weliswaar veel dingen op als we later waren, maar vragen werden niet begrepen. Ook bestek was niet schoon . Koffielepels ed. werden vies aan je gegeven en op de borden zaten elke dag ook nog etensresten.

Da premettere il tutto inizia con l’arrivo all’hotel trovato chiuso senza nessuna indicazione sul motivo, unica fortuna un foglio a terra svolazzante in cui si evince il collocamento presso l’hotel Nizza e suisse , da lì inizia l’odissea, due ore per un check in, camere datate, unica nota positiva la spa. La colazione, a buffet Un assembramento di persone prive di dispositivi di protezione individuale e circa 30 minuti di attesa per un caffè al tavolo

La camera ampia e confortevole, letti comodi, pulizia discreta, bagno con doccia grande ed acqua calda continua. Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro e dell'eventuale parcheggio pubblico non a pagamento. Di fronte vi sono delle terme.
