For those who love the "open space" environment, we offer this large exclusive loft in a cottage, modern and refined. Housed in an old industrial warehouse that has been masterfully renovated, it is the ideal solution to spend a wonderful vacation. Whether you are sunbathing next to the large pool with high quality sofas and sun loungers or sitting comfortably at the table in the shade of the two verandas, the view and the landscape around the property will make you relax. In the large and fenced garden, guests can enjoy a beautiful outdoor kitchen, barbecue, pizza oven and a small play area for children. Air conditioning and fly screens on all windows. The house is located in the green Umbria; there are numerous tourist and gastronomic itineraries to satisfy all tastes. The relative proximity to the main communication routes, 38 km for the A1 and 5.7 km for the SS3bis / E45 of Terni-Perugia-Cesena, allows to quickly reach all desired destinations. Todi (21 km) is considered the most livable city in the world or, according to the inhabitants themselves, "the ideal city"; it is located on a hill with a splendid panoramic view and is characterized by a unique beauty and elegance. The architectural and historical contexts that characterize it range from Etruscan-Roman times to the Middle Ages and are absolutely not to be missed. Festivals and village fairs abound in the summer, so lovers of good wine and real food have many choices. Orvieto (57 km) is easily reached via the E45 to Todi, then continue on the SS79bis, a beautiful country road that descends along Lake Corbara, a large artificial lake where you can fish. Perugia (70 km), besides its historical beauties, represents the city of ruins. It is the capital of chocolate, "The food of the gods". Every year in October Perugia is the scene of Eurochocolate.

We have had a really lovely stay at this house and we didn’t want to go home!The private pool is absolutely the best it could be. There are stunning views in all directions and it is 100% not overlooked. It was very warm (in August) and very clean. It is a depth of approximately 1.6 metres throughout except in the steps area. There are plenty of sun-loungers and shaded areas beside the pool if necessary. The table tennis and table football were great. The house is very well equipped with lots of cutlery, crockery, cups and glasses etc. There are many tables to choose to eat round. The dishwasher worked well. There are lots of chairs inside and outside. There is only one sofa upstairs and one downstairs. There is air conditioning in the 6 double rooms which kept them at a comfortable temperature. It didn’t take too long to work out how to use the handsets to best advantage.The fly screens throughout were good. The internet access was good. The phone signal was good enough when we needed it. We would certainly consider returning. We would have liked to see a folder with instructions on how to use equipment and with details of where supermarkets are and exactly how to sort the rubbish etc. The hosts welcomed us on arrival and were very pleasant and kind. They quickly arranged for an engineer to fix a problem when it arose and they kept us informed through the process. We were glad to have Google translate when we needed to communicate about more complicated issues!
