Spread out over two floors, the property offers plenty of space and privacy, and thanks to its location in a private estate by the village of Montecarlo, there are vineyards, olive groves, trails and restaurants just minutes away.

Surrounded by old olive trees, rolling hills and a lush green lawn with a pool, the villa has views for miles. Enjoy exclusive private sunset views from the four-poster luxury sunbed, from the indoor jacuzzi with french windows overlooking the Lucca landscape or from the lounge on the pool deck. Try your hand in the state-of-the-art fully equipped kitchen, or just pick a local treat from the several groceries selling local produces around the area. Inside, the villa is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Off the estate, it’s a walking distance from fine and panoramic restaurants as well as wi-neries, only 4 minutes from the village of Montecarlo with its charming streets and a vibrant food-scene, only 16 minutes to Lucca town centre and its Walls, 5 mins to the village of Porcari featuring shops, groceries, supermarkets, bakeries, bars and much more. Beautiful villa but get ready to take out garbage every day!

We thought the Villa was very nice and the view/backyard was gorgeous! We enjoyed drinking wine and watching the sunset in the backyard while the kids swam and went in the hot tub. Montecarlo was close by and we had great dinners there a few evenings. One of the main drawbacks was the continuous communication with the property manager about taking garbage out daily outside of the property gate. This was not enjoyable during the week of our vacation. We also needed help with only one reservation and the property manager did not come through for us though we had to text back-and-forth many times about it. When we rent a house, we just want to enjoy the week without hassles and continuous communications.
