O atendimento da Mariza foi perfeito, só tivemos problemas com o chuveiro, ou era banho gelado ou banho fervendo, mas na última noite nos mudaram de quarto e resolveu o problema! O café da manhã é magnífico...os funcionários super atenciosos! O acesso para chegar até o hotel que é bem ruim, estrada de barro e com buracos, mas isso não é culpa do hotel, apenas uma dica para os próximos que forem !

Hotel com localização incrivel para quem gosta da imersão a natureza, como ja esperado de dificil acesso para veiculos comuns por conta da estrada de terra para subir a montanha, no entanto poderiam ter algum restaurante, pois não podemos levar alimentos e para descermos a cidade demora por conta da estrada ruim. Ademais, a infraestrutura das areas de lazer como sauna, sala de yoga, salas de massagem poderia ser mais cuidadas, estavam com aspecto de abandonadas. Em conclusão, é um bom hotel e excelente para os que querem estar em contato com a natureza, porem quem espera ir pelas comodidades que a infraestrutura oferece, fica a desejar.

Pegamos apenas uma diária no hotel, mas antes de falar de alguns pontos quero elogiar atenção da funcionária Marisa que ajudou e foi super solicita. O Hotel no geral é muito bom, vista incrível e um lazer completo, alguns pontos que acho necessário melhorar para ficar ótimo: Wifi - fiquei em chalé e lá não pegava de forma alguma; No Chalé tinha lareira mas estava muito frio então acho que para ajudar faltou uma calefação no quarto e banheiro, no quarto tinha um aquecedor mas que só ajudou muito no banheiro no quarto ele não conseguia cobrir a capacidade. Café da manhã - pelo porte e valor da diária do Hotel achei que deixou bem a desejar, um exemplo simples nenhum pão estava bom todos com aspectos de velhos.
