Located in Madonna delle Grazie, the villa La Tesa has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 90 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. This vacation rental features a private outdoor space equipped with a pool, garden, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
A rigid above-ground pool (5x3 meters, 1.20 meters deep) is available for exclusive use during July and August only.
The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance. Chiancamasitto Beach, Punta Rossa Beach, the Mattinata Coast, Gargano Shopping Center, and the beaches of Manfredonia and Siponto are all within reach. A bus stop is also located nearby.
