Agriturismo Il Capoverso is an ancient Tuscan farm surrounded by olive groves, in a quiet and quiet position, 1 km from the historic center of Monte San Savino, medieval village and crossroads ideal for visiting Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia and their enchanting territories.
In the years we have been living a cozy place where we live, taking care of secular olive trees, planting ancient varieties of fruit, cultivating vegetables and breeding bees, all with natural methods, respecting the environment.
Today we are happy to host you in the main house, renovated with finishing touches.
It consists of three separate apartments but, if necessary, communicating through an internal staircase.
It is therefore an ideal solution for family groups or friends of up to 14 people.

Wonderful hosts, property and location.
We've just come back from an amazing family stay at this beautiful property. Gianluca and Chiara have been amazing hosts helping with any queries both before and during the visit and giving excellent recommendations for eating out and places to visit. At the property there are many places to sit and relax, eat outside or in and a lovely pool to have fun and cool down. Chiara and Gianluca cooked an amazing meal for us one evening including the local beef and freshly prepared vegetables. This is one holiday the extended family of 10 will remember fondly for a very long time.

Great place to stay with Family and friends
Monte San Savino is a fantastic place to stay. Apartments are great and space around the house is great for kids to play. We were there with 14 people and enjoyed every moment of it. We stayed around the pool, had a bbq and some great food in the nearby town. Can highly recommend a stay there. Thanks Gianluca and Chiara!

Et perfekt feriested
Vi var 12 personer fra 14 til 52 år, som hadde hele huset for oss selv. Et utrolig flott sted, og med et stort og deilig basseng. Stille og rolig, og gangavstand til restauranter i koselige Monte San Savino. Ligger fint til mellom Firenze, Siena, Montepulciano/Pienza og Arezzo. En fordel å ha leiebil. Dette var et sted som jeg vil anbefale på det sterkeste, og som jeg sannsynligvis vil reise tilbake til!

Familienurlaub in wunderschönem Rustico
Mit insgesamt 10 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern im Alter von 2-8 Jahren haben wir zwei wundervolle Sommerferienwochen im Ferienhaus von Chiara und Gianlucca verbracht. Sowohl der Kontakt im Vorfeld als auch während des Aufenthalts war sehr zuverlässig, freundlich und hilfreich. Von Chiara haben wir viele tolle Tipps bekommen, durften uns im Gemüsegarten bedienen und bekamen vom Großvater eine Gemüsekiste geschenkt. Sowohl das Haus als auch der wunderschöne Garten sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet und top gepflegt und sauber, die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Der Pool wurde täglich gesäubert und bei Bedarf aufgefüllt, Sonnenliegen und Sitzgelegenheiten waren überall reichlich vorhanden. Chiara und Gianlucca, Sie waren perfekte Gastgeber und haben unsere Privatsphäre gewahrt, haben aber immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Vielen Dank dafür, auch an Ihre Väter. Wir wünschen Ihnen weiterhin alles Gute, empfehlen ihr Ferienhaus ohne Einschränkungen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Monte San Savino selbst ist eine schöne Kleinstadt, noch typisch italienisch mit intaktem Dorfleben und wenig Tourismus, in zwei Kilometer Entfernung.

Excellent séjour!
Un excellent séjour en famille, les hôtes sont d'une grande hospitalité et d'une grande gentillesse. Nous avons bénéficié en prime d'une visite de leur oliveraie et d'une présentation de leur activité pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants. Le site est à 45 minutes de Sienne, une heure environ de Florence, pas très loin d'Arezzo. Nous recommandons vivement !

Zentrale gelegenes Haus mit viel Platz!

Consigliatissimo!!!
Agriturismo immerso nella natura. Pulito accogliente e molto adatto a famiglie anche con bambini piccoli. Siamo stati ospiti di Chiara e Gianluca insieme ad altre 3 famiglie di amici tutti con bimbi (anche piccoli) e abbiamo trovato un ambiente curato, pulito. Chiara e Gianluca sono stati molto gentili ed ospitali, sempre disponibili ed hanno anche cucinato per noi un ottima cena a base di prodotti locali. Insomma da andare e consigliato a tutti!
