We had to fight for ice. I know this is an American thing, but why should it be so hard to accommodate a desire for ice? We were told several times that the ice machine was broken, even though we knew that was a lie. The temperature in the rooms was stuffy. A/C would be nice but we were told it was only turned on in summer. Fine, we understand energy prices are high. The mattresses need to be replaced, the mini fridge was mildewed, and the shower head was not working properly. Another improvement that could be made is to upgrade the entertainment ability to allow for streaming services. Overall, the hotel was decent and we were only there at night until mid morning. The breakfast was a big plus, although some variation in the hot items from day to day would be nice for guests that stay a long time.

You can tell the facility has some years. The maintenance is not update to date.

The staff was amazing!!! Joseph (at the reception of the hotel) was there to help us at any time. He even spoke to us in our native language not needing to talk in English or Italian. His patience and professionalism changed our mood after a troubled travel to Rome. The hotel is just great: clean, comfortable, excellent staff, breakfast, shuttles availability etc.

great atmosphere majestic entrance ,kind and receptive staff

The downstairs restaurant had great food and was convenient. There was a rooftop terrace that had a great view. The lobby had a pool.table, lots of comfortable couches to sit on and two computers for guests to use during the day.

The stay was OK/acceptable. Service wasn't great or exceptional, just solid acceptable. Hotel is far away from tourist areas, which is an advantage if you are looking for a quiet place, however a disadvantages if you want quick access. Swimming pool wasn't working (OK, hotel sent a message a few weeks prior to the trip to advise). Internet service is lousy or rather non-existent. Hotel management should invest into proper wifi. Staff tried to blame our computers/cell phones for wifi not working. Breakfast is between basic and poor in a dark (badly lit) canteen type of set up. The hotel and rooms are clean and well maintained.

Great view of the Parthenon from rooftop restaurant and bar. Cute hotel and good location.

Well-located, friendly staff, comfortable room dimensions and appointments.

Courteous, accommodating staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Convenient location.

Great bathrooms, hot showers. Buffet breakfast was amazing.

The wifi signal was very weak which was important because when on a trip from the US, it becomes expensive to rely only on data. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but I can't tell if that is just an "Italy thing" or if it was specific to the hotel staff. The breakfast was pretty good, but not great. The mattresses were very very firm (which some people like), but a little too firm for us. None of these things are deal-breakers, but we would probably opt to stay somewhere else next time. However, we always felt safe and the room was clean - I guess those two things are most important.

Front desk very helpful. Good breakfast. The shuttle is limited.

Nice hotel with parking space. We rented a car and drive to Roma. Hotel had a shuttle that we used in the city

A wonderful staff at front desk. Always willing to help with any request. Domonico the shuttle driver could not have been more helpful. He made our trip to Rome so enjoyable. GOOD JOB!!!!!

Quiet location in residential area. Shuttle service to tourist spots. On bus line and near Metro.

Exceptionally clean and very nice and helpful. The breakfast had a huge selection and the dinner there was first class. It was a great experience.
