The area is perfect for nature lovers and nearby are the renowned towns of Porto Ercole and Porto S. Stefano. The property can accommodate up to 8 people and is distributed over 3 levels: on the ground floor there is a comfortable living room and 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; the living room leads to a large panoramic terrace with sea view equipped with a dining area: an ideal space for tasty breakfasts or romantic aperitifs at sunset. On the first floor there is a room with 2 single beds, a bathroom and another terrace. On the garden level there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with three single beds, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. The villa has direct access to the sea and has two parking spaces.
