Country House****—for nature, tranquility, and well-being!

Our house le Cournou****, is located 4 km. from Montcuq. Originally an old farmhouse, completely renovated with quality services To have a good impression of our house and its surroundings, you must look carefully at all the photos... Le Cournou is a small paradise of 2.5 Ha, where you can spend an unforgettable moment of rest without doing anything..... what to look at and breathe.... The kitchen is very well equipped, with multifunction oven, microwave, whole seed coffee machine, gas hob and a wood stove, (pleasant for the cold season) and you will find everything you need. Our second cottage "Le Petit Cournou" is also located on this land, always occupied by people who are looking for tranquility and nature, like you, and located at a good distance from the house, not overlooked, in the middle of nature. The Cournou is the starting point for many walks in the surroundings. (The GR 65 passes by) 4 km from Montcuq, our house is in the middle of nature with a magnificent view of the park and its surroundings. The Quercy Blanc is famous for its bucolic landscapes and starry night skies, its heritage, not to mention its delicious local products (the farmers' market on Thursday morning and the huge market, very visited, on Sunday) Montcuq has its very pretty lake, blue flag (very good water quality) for a pleasant swim. There is a small sandy beach, children's games and a small restaurant if you want to have a bite to eat. We provide you with a badge for free entry, and you can go there, as many times as you want...
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

A lovely property in an idyllic setting. It was very clean with quality fitments. It needed better outdoor shaded areas and air conditioning for the very hot weather, upstairs. Also, the first floor toilet needed refurbishment. We enjoyed our holiday because we love the area but the high temperatures took their toll.
