This Mas de provence is just refurbished en redecorated with new kitchen and new bathrooms. This beautiful Provencal style villa is located only minutes from the excitement of the Cote D’Azur glamour and the beaches of St Raphael -Cannes. The villa has a large fenced garden and a very large private swimming pool that can also be heated - but not in winter, and is also fenced for child-safety. The villa is also in walking distance from the free residential tennis court. It is located in the close proximity of the perfume city of Grasse, the beach resort of St Raphael and the two Dave Thomas designed Terre Blanch 18-hole championship golf courses providing some of the best year round play.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area.
