Sunrise Guest House es una casa con vista al mar con 4 habitaciones con baño privado. Nuestra casa está ubicada directamente al otro lado de la calle desde el océano con un camino privado que conduce a la playa de arena blanca más hermosa. Estamos a poca distancia del pueblo de Montauk, que está a menos de una milla de distancia, y tenemos bicicletas disponibles para que nuestros huéspedes las disfruten si lo desean. Estamos literalmente a pasos de una hermosa playa que está casi aislada. Tenemos tres master suites de 300 pies cuadrados con impresionantes vistas al océano, chimeneas y todas tienen baño privado, televisores de pantalla plana y wifi en cada suite para su disfrute. Hay dos habitaciones adicionales cada una con su propio baño también. La casa tiene un porche con vista al mar. Nuestro porche es un gran lugar para sentarse y relajarse y mirar y escuchar las olas. Tenemos sillas de playa, toallas y sombrillas que se proporcionan para su estancia.

Girls Weekend

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Love the house and space was perfect for us. The stocked coffee bar was a bonus. Loved getting up and having my coffee on the porch staring at the ocean and so convenient to be able to walk to town. We will definitely book again :)

We rented the house for a family reunion so our mom could have all 3 of her children & grandchildren around her. It was a perfect setup. We loved every minute at this house, in the porch and the elevated deck . We plan on returning next year.

Steps from the beach and more...

Ample room for everybody, exactly what you'd expect from a beach house in Montauk. A sense of history with the house and comfort-- nothing too precious and what we needed. Kitchen was big with great pots and skillets, view was great, beach chairs super comfy and the porch was the icing on the cake!

Fantastic location, easy process

We had a great week in Montauk. You are not only right off the beach, but you end up having a large section of beach to yourself most days. The house is easy to access, has plenty of queen size beds and bathrooms, and the kitchen / cooking arrangement worked great for us. Highly recommended.

Great location across the street from the ocean. People living behind the property were very helpful. Just a little disappointed that we didn't receive a supply of coffee for our stay. We have always been given coffee at every place we have rented.

Family Get Together Over 4th Of July

Quaint house with great location (and views) across the road from beautiful beach. Three of the five bedrooms are quite large with fireplaces and sitting areas. One is average sized and one is small. All of the bedrooms have their own 3/4 bath except the small bedroom off kitchen which has access to 3/4 bath near by. The kitchen is large and well equipped. House comes with beach chairs and umbrellas and bikes which we used a lot. Only issues with house are the bathroom door off kitchen is swollen and doesn’t close. Also, there is some noise from road in front of house but doesn’t offset the benefit of proximity to beach and wonderful view of ocean.

Wonderful stay in Montauk!

This property is perfect for a group/family trip to Montauk! It is spacious with a large kitchen, tons of outdoor space and most of the rooms have en suite bathrooms. Check-in was easy through a code system and just across the road is beautiful beach. The host was immediately responsive when we had issues accessing the wifi and made the stay seamless throughout!

Wonderful space in a perfect location

My wife and I enjoyed the down time with walks on the beach with the beagles while my young-adult daughter and her boyfriend liked the walking distance to Montauk. We had a great half-day fishing trip too and the weather was spectacular! Can't give it six stars so settled for five. ;)

Off season getaway
