Podere Bianco" is a delightful property immersed in the greenery of Maremma countryside, 800 meters from the sea.
Recently renovated and refurbished (June 2023), is located in upper Lazio on the border with Tuscany and 30km from the famous Monte Argentario.
It is the ideal place to relax and have fun with your family or a group of friends.
The property consists of: the villa, the dependance, the swimming pool, the patios and porticoes, the garden, the parking area.

The villa consists of 2 independent apartments, on two levels, of 70 sqm each. Each apartment has two double bedrooms with two ensuite large bathrooms plus a living room with an open kitchen.
The dependance (35 sqm) consists of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (dependance will be prepared and available only for 9-10 guests booking).
All double bed are 160cm x 195 cm.
Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a kitchen, and a washing machine. Housekeeping is available on request.

Nice and clean accomodation

Beautiful house with good location if you want to visit different places in the area. We were 9 people travelling together and could use the full potential of the nice house and yard. In the ad it was not clear that it was three different appartments and not a big villa but we could use the common ”outdoor Livingroom” and kitchen for gatherings.
