You could also enjoy the nearby beaches and nature reserves of Torre Salsa and Foce del Fiume Platani easily.

This villa boasts large terraces, equipped with outdoor furniture and extends over one level with a living room with masonry kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Rental rules
Minimum stay: 5 nights; 7 nights with arrival day Satuday from 20/06/26 to 28/08/26.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): if agreed
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, midweek cleaning of the kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot.
Tourist tax: 1.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 7 nights, to pay cash on arrival.

Important note: in the villa there are “baby safety gates” to avoid the access to the pool.
