La Mirandelle - Montagne

Located in the heart of the Saint Emilion vineyards, in a quiet hamlet of the small village of Montagne-Saint Emilion, La Mirandelle, a large stone and rubble house dating from 1845, welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. You will appreciate its preserved authentic character and its "over time" decor. The enclosed courtyard at the front of this building will offer you a place of serenity where a magnificent lime tree will protect you from the sun. Relaxation and pleasure will be at the rendezvous with the swimming pool (8mx5m, depth 1.40m, open from May to October depending on the weather) located in the semi-enclosed garden at the back of the house which also has a small terrace and garden furniture. This spacious cottage has on the ground floor a kitchen with dining area, with access to a terrace, a TV lounge, four bedrooms (four 140x190cm beds with private shower room and toilet for each), a laundry room. A fifth bedroom with also its private shower room and toilet, located upstairs completes the set. A parking lot, adjacent to the cottage is reserved for you. Cottage equipped with electric heating, heating billing on site according to meter reading. Electricity not included. Possibility of renting sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of the stay (paid services). Tourist tax in addition. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and 5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a travel crib.
