Nested on a quiet dead end private road, steps away from Lake Mercier public beach, from the walking/bicycle and cross country ski path Le petit Train du Nord, less than 5 minutes walking distance from all the shops and great restaurants in the old village, and not more than 10 minutes drive from the great international Tremblant Ski Resort, this lovely property was completely remodeled on it's 3 levels in 2023. It is THE place to stay in Tremblant !

Entirely renovated with pristine taste and quality materials, this property offers 4 well equipped bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen with top of the art appliances, open living space, wood and gas fireplaces plus an extraordinary outside living space with pizza oven, BBQ, cozy seating area with an amazing view of the old village and Lake Mercier. Plus, year long, you will hear that magnificent and relaxing sound of the 2 lovely cascades boarding the property, giving it a unique charm !
