This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
The guests agree to abide by reasonable rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbours or other local residents. The guests must keep noise to a reasonable level, both inside and outside the unit. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. A security team patrols the area from May to October. They can intervene and collect a fine if the tranquility of the neighborhood is compromised. The Lessee will also be held responsible to pay the owner’s fine for disturbance.

The owner may not be held liable for any accident, injury or illness to the guest or his/her guests during the stay. By accepting this provision, the Lessee and his/her guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the establishment.

Bathing for children shall be carried out under the supervision of an adult at all times.

For the use of our boats, the wearing of the lifejacket is MANDATORY at all times.

It is forbidden to throw waste into the lake and / or on the land. Please use waste bins and salvage on site.

Fireworks are prohibited.

All kinds of candles, butane or propane combustion are prohibited inside the chalet.

The owner may not be held liable for the theft or loss of the property of the guest or his/her guests during their stay.
