Our condo, only accessible by the stairs, is perfect for groups of travelers looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Mont Tremblant. The condo is located on the shores of beautiful Lake Tremblant, just steps away from the water.

We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained unit. Our condo is equipped with three comfortable mattresses, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, two spacious bathrooms, and a wood fireplace. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome starter amenity kit with fresh coffee.

You will be in the heart of Mont Tremblant, surrounded by some of the best outdoor activities in the world. Whether you're looking for a day on the lake, a hike in the mountains, or a bike ride on the trails, Mont Tremblant has it all just a few steps away. The condo is also just a short drive from the ski resort, making it easy to get to and from the slopes.

We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. All guests receive kitchen basics like olive oil, salt, pepper, and coffee on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we're always happy to help.

Parking in Mont Tremblant can be tricky. We provide one parking space for our guests, and a lot is nearby for additional vehicles.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

This unit has no access to the lake and there is no pool.
