Staff were very friendly, location of the hotel was amazing but hotel is old and needs some renovation.

The property is a little dated. The heater is hard to control. No real thermostat. The fan is running continuously and noisy. Location is excellent.

Great place to spent a week end with friends and having a CLASS REUNION WITH OLD SCHOOL FRIENDS SINCE 1958

We arrived a little after 6:00 pm on a Tuesday - certainly not late by any means - and were given what was clearly the smallest room on the property in what could not have been a worse location. When I complained, I was told that the property was sold out and that we got the last room in the hotel. The room was adjacent to the kitchen and when the staff began cooking at 6:00 am, not only were we awaken by the noise, but the smell of bacon and other cooked food permeated our room. The room was a split room - one outer door that led to a small area with two doors. Ours was the room on the left. The people on the right were up late and kept coming in and out of the outer door well after we had gone to sleep. They also brought some type of food in their room that left a terrible odor - so bad that maintenance had to come down and spray a deodorizer. The room was small - clean and functional - but narrow and looked nothing like what was pictured. Granted, we did very little in the room except shower and sleep however, after seeing the other properties in the village - all of which were affordable options - I would have stayed elsewhere. The parking garage was too small. The spot barely accommodated our mid-size SUV and it took us almost ten minutes to get our car into the space and even longer to get out. In hindsight, I should have dropped our luggage at the door and parked the car in the lot and walked to the hotel. It would have been faster and easier. The staff was not all that accommodating particularly, in regard to our room situation. They knew that we paid the same price as others for that room and did not even try to move us the following day when rooms did open up. They also did nothing to tell us about the amenities of the hotel or the village as we had to do that on our own. The village and town were spectacular and I would return in a minute, but would stay elsewhere.

Country Inn is in perfect location at the bottom of the main street in the Village. You have the store, lifts, food all just steps away. Hot tub was just perfect after the day on the hill - and ski storage made it easy to get the snowboard on and off before the room. Breakfast was good, but please make sure there is some "meat" every morning... peoples needs their protein for the hills!

Experience at the hotel was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great. On one day, there was an error by the company which prepares the food for the hotel but staff was very apologetic. The staff at the hotel is wonderful in general. The accommodations are spotless and the exterior hot tub was very relaxing. I have now stayed at this hotel for 5 consecutive years between Christmas and New Year and I plan to continue doing so for many more. I'm a Canadian from Montréal living in the US yet I make the 7 hour drive every year - it is well worth it.

comfortable and enjoyable, convenient to dozens of restaurants

My experience was extremely enjoyable. The staff was extremely friendly at all times, the cleaning service was good and respectful, the hot tub was extremely comfortable. Fitness center is a bit small (basically just a treadmill and a stationary bike) but there is a gym in town which is cheap. This was a wonderful ski vacation.

Hotel was clean, room was small, bath was small. Not great for a 5 night stay..too close for comfort. Continental breakfast was free and suffcient. Location was excellent as it was in heart of village. Weather was cold and two days of rain.Close proximity to restaurants was great. Lots of golf courses within driving distance. Shuttle to casino was convenient.

Best deal in Mt Tremblant. I will definately stay there again. The location was awesome and the price was great with breakfast included. I have already recommended to several friends.

We bad had odour in our bathroom. Everything else was excellent
