Villa located in the Casalot urbanization of Miami, about 5 minutes from the beach and downtown Miami. The house is distributed over two floors, has a swimming pool and private garden with garden furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor we find the living room, a double bedroom with double bed, kitchenette and bathroom (renovated in 2018). On the upper floor we have a double room with double bed, a double bedroom and bathroom with [hidden] conditioning at the licingroom and at the hallway on the first floor. Wi-fi.
