The apartment of 68m2 is located in the Panoramic urbanization of Miami Playa facing the sea only 1km from the town center, 18km from Port Aventura and 22km from Reus Airport. It is located on the ground floor and has a terrace with outdoor furniture, as well as a communal area with a swimming pool. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, in addition to the sofa bed for two guests in the living room. There is a complete bathroom with a shower, fully equipped kitchen, italian coffee machine, air conditioning, winter heating, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Positiv: Sehr ruhige Lage direkt am schönen und ruhigen Strand.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Klimatisierte Wohnung mit Waschmaschine und GeschirrspĂŒler.Negativ: Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber (nach unserem deutschen Ermessen) ĂŒbergeben. Meine Frau hat fast den ganzen Tag komplett alles gereinigt ( inkl. Geschirr). Es war auch wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Zum Teil veraltetes Möbel und zum Teil defekt. Am Pool waren die Platten kaputt (Verletzungsgefahr).Achtung: der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage nicht fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Fahrzeuge geeignet. Diese sind extrem eng. Auch die Einfahrthöhe ist recht knapp. Der Vermieter versicherte, dass ich mit meiner Dachbox reinfahren kann, mit der Folge, dass ich meine neue Box komplett zerkratzt habe. Die Nachfrage wenigstens einen anderen Parkplatz zu bekommen, hatte der Vermieter einfach ignoriert.Einige Tage lang hatten wir mit Ameisen in der Wohnung zu kĂ€mpfen, was sehr unangenehm war. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe findet in einem BĂŒro 5 km von der Wohnung entfernt statt, was ziemlich ungĂŒnstig ist. FĂŒr die Übergabe muss man fĂŒr den Vermieter auch ein Video von der geputzten Wohnung drehe
Generell fanden wir den Vermieter ziemlich unfreundlich. Der Kunde ist hier leider nicht der König
 Wenn man so viel Geld zahlt erwartet man wenigstens ein bisschen Entgegenkommen.Fazit: wir wĂŒrden sehr gerne in dieser Anlage wieder unseren Familienurlaub verbringen, aber definitiv nicht in dieser Wohnung und nicht bei diesem Vermieter!

Appartement bien placĂ©. ⚠pas trois chambres mais 2 plus canapĂ© dans le salon. SĂ©curitĂ© fermeture baie vitrĂ©e ne fonctionnais pas, idem dans l’une des chambres (RDC). Appartement pas trĂšs propre, coussin sale, terre dans la salle de bain
 chaises extĂ©rieurs bois cassĂ©es, et surtout une odeur insoutenable en entrant dans le logement. Odeur apparement dĂ» Ă  la piscine ?! 1 seul jeu de clĂ©, difficile d’accĂšs par rapport Ă  des travaux de voirie sans que nous en ayons Ă©tĂ© informĂ©. TrĂšs bruyant la nuit. Bref pas en adĂ©quation avec le prix. Des Ă©lĂ©ments sont manquant ou cassĂ©e (tringle Ă  rideau, dĂ©rouleur papier toilette cassĂ©). Beaucoup trop cher mais ville trĂšs agrĂ©able.

Super séjour

Appartement conforme aux photos , moderne,trĂšs propre, belles prestations: parking, lave vaisselle , machine a laver draps et serviettes fournies ... Le top (6 couchages , 2 chambres + canapĂ© ) . Hyper bien placĂ© face a de superbes plages juste la rue Ă  traverser et on est au paradis. Merci a Francesca notre correspondante sur place pr son aide et sa disponibilitĂ© . Nous conseillons vivement le restaurant collĂ© a la rĂ©sidence Chez Lorenzo une belle surprise , une cuisine locale excellente , Christopher, serveur français polyglote vous y accueillera 😉. Nous reviendrons dĂšs que possible .

Espacioso y excelente ubicacion

En general muy bien! Muy bien equipado y espacioso; el acceso a la piscina es genial si vas con niños. Si tubiera que ponerle alguna pega serĂ­a el olor de las tuberĂ­as y el “ambiente hostil” por parte de los propietarios de la comunidad; entiendo que estarĂĄn quemados de aguantar segĂșn que inquilino pero hay que dar una oportunidad a la gente civilizada y no estar a la defensiva.
