Appartement idéalement placé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très bien située à 10mn à pied des criques et 3 mn du supermarché Michelangelo. La maison est bien équipée avec 2 terrasses dont une avec barbecue. Le quartier est très calme et il y a une place de parking dans la résidence qui est sécurisée. Les hôtes sont chaleureux et à votre disposition.

Maison pas adapté pour les bébés

Les gérants son gentil toutes fois la maison n'est pas adapté pour les bébés trop de meubles ou il peuvent ce faire mal . Barrière de sécurité enfant attaché avec un câble a la rembarde des escaliers qui bouge et pas de barrière en bas. Il est affiché 2 salle de bain mai il y en n'a que une de plus des odeurs d'urine si dégagé. On n'a eu le droit à des travaux pendant 3 jours 😔. Il y a des règles dans la copropriété comme ne pas jouer ou ballon mai sa c'est que pour nous car tous les autres enfants jouent s'en problème. Nous avons était heureux de rentré

Correu bem. O proprietário foi sempre prestável. Perto da praia e de supermercado. A casa não é muito espaçosa, mas nós tínhamos um grupo grande o que por vezes dificultou a logística. O condomínio é agradável e muito tranquilo.

Ne manquait que la climatisation dans les chambres

Hôtes charmants et maison accueillante toute simple a 500 mètres de la mer. La cuisine est petite mais fonctionnelle et le salon joint de la climatisation avec 2 terrasses agréables celle de devant pour le petit dej et celle derrière pour les barbecues. Le seul point noir est la chaleur étouffante à l’étage non climatisée où nous avons passer des nuits difficiles.

Excelente estancia recomendada para toda la familia

Excelente sitio. La casa está completamente equipada y los dueños y vecinos son muy amables. Nuestro sincero agradeciendo a los dueños Angela y Fabián que desde nuestra llegada nos brindaron hospitalidad y excelente servicio. El único menos que mencionamos a los dueños fue la falta de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, pero igualmente comprensible por la próxima renovación del hogar. Las habitaciones cuentan con ventiladores, pero el calor en los días de nuestra estancia (semana 29) era abrasador... Muchas gracias por todo Angela y Fabián y hasta la próxima! Abrazos 🤗😊

Appartement un peu loin de la mer et il fait trop chaud à l étage malgré les ventilateurs sinon très

On s attendait a mieux... appartement loin de la plage sinon faut traverser un passage intensif du train sur une voie ferrée très fréquentée et peu sécurisée il fait trop chaud à l étage.sinon endroit très calme reposant et propriétaire très avenant et à l ecoute

Super vacances, acceuil chaleureux des locaux, je recommande

Nous avons passez des super vacances dans ce petit lotissement avec piscine. Le coin est au calme, la supérette est à 100m et la plage à 500m. Les locaux sont super accueillant et les propriétaires aussi. La maison est très correct et correspond bien au descriptif, seul bémol, il y a pas de climatisation et avec l'été caniculaire que nous avons passé, les nuits ont parfois étaient difficiles. Je recommande le coin, proche de Cambrils/ Salou/ Port Aventura... Nous garderons de super souvenir de nos vacances...

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle villa avec des propriétaires très sympathiques, nous y retournerons. Une belle plage est à 200 mètres de la villa. La costa daurada est une belle région que je recommande à tous
