Semi-detached chalet "LES OURSONS B", built in 2020, located 500m from the center of Mont-Dore and the free shuttle buses to the Sancy mountains in winter.

It comprises a ground floor with an entrance hall with a large wardrobe, a living room with a sofa bed opening onto a terrace,
a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a 4-zone induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, etc.

A shower room with a heated towel rail, washing machine, dryer, and baby changing facilities.

Separate toilet.

One bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and bunk beds (90x190cm), storage
