The house was completely restored in 2017, total air conditioning, all with low environmental impact. The furnishings are modern, set in a typical Tuscan house with wooden beams and roof with "mezzanines" typical Tuscan brick. The exterior offers a corner reserved for prying eyes, designed for solarium with SPA SPA IDROMASSAGGIO and water nebulizers, which will delight your return from the splendid Tuscan art cities. The house is equipped with ultra-fast WiFi line.
It is located in the center of Monsummano Terme, 2 km from the Montecatini A11 motorway exit. In the immediate vicinity you can find thermal pools (Terme Grotta Giusti) and hydropinic cures (Terme di Montecatini). Our structure has an agreement with Terme Grotta Giusti for which our guests have the opportunity to take advantage of discounts and benefits on entrances and treatments.
The accommodation can be used as a starting point for visiting the beautiful Tuscan cities of Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia (Capital of Culture 2017), Siena and of course Florence.
Centrally located, quiet in both daytime and night time.
The house is located in an internal street with little traffic.
On foot you can reach bakeries, pastries, bars and groceries.
Nearby is the famous chocolate master "Slitti" famous around the world.
At 100 m there is the main public transport stop with which it is easy to reach the Montecatini railway station and from here all the main cities of Tuscany.

Absolutely fantastic property!!!

I can’t say enough positive things about this property!! Fully stocked on arrival, I mean FULLY stocked. Great location with many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. You can drive or catch a train or bus to Florence (50 minutes) or Pisa an Lucca (25 minutes) The host was super communicative with travel and restaurant recommendations. It was perfect for me and my wife!! Very highly recommended!!

Lovely home from home

Daniele and Alessandra were great hosts. The welcome basket was a really nice touch and the chance to buy local and very nice wine very cheaply, a bonus. Everything in the house is quality and all you need for a holiday home. The location is great for everything from supermarkets to visiting Tuscan towns. We enjoyed our stay and recommended it highly!

Beautiful home that is close to everything

This is a very beautiful and well maintained home. It offers everything you could want, a nice patio table, outdoor garden with fresh vegetables and even a jacuzzi and outdoor shower. The kitchen is complete with spices, oils and fresh herbs, all you need to buy is perishable ingredients. The owners are extremely kind and hospitable. They offered us several restaurants nearby and areas of interest. Communication was constant to make sure our stay was perfect. The inside is recently remodeled but has a rustic feel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Wir hatten noch nie so ein gut eingerichtetes Haus gehabt, es fehlte nichts und wir hätten vieles zuhause lassen können. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlichst begrüsst und hatten sogar ein Korb mit Sachen für das erste Frühstück bekommen. Danke nochmals dafür. Das Haus, ist wie beschrieben. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Nach Florenz kann man gut mit Bus und Bahn fahren. Nur, man braucht definitiv eine Visa oder Master pro Person. Pisa und Lucca mit dem Wagen auch gut zu erreichen. Wenn man zurück kommt, kann man sich noch im Whirlpool oder auf Terasse entspannen. Ich habe die Aussendusche geliebt.Dieses Haus kann man bedenkenlos empfehlen. Fotos füge ich nicht hinzu, es ist wie auf den Fotos und die paar fotos die ich habe nicht noch auf dem defekten Handy. Danke euch beiden.

A beautiful, cosy and well equiped house

A real effort has been made to make you feel welcome in this beautiful house: coffee and tea and basic necessities such as bread and spreads for the next morning. The jacuzzi is very nice, fresh herbs and tomatoes in the cozy garden. With the air conditioning you have a nice and cool house despite the high temperatures in the summer. A super nice place and we would love to come back!

klein aber schönes Haus

Das klein hübsche Haus ist vollmöbliert. Wir brauchen im Prinzip nur unsere Kleidung mitzubringen. Alle anderen Sachen, die wir für das alltägliche Leben brauchen, konnten wir im Haus finden. In jedem Zimmer steht sogar ein Flasche Desinfektionsmittel zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist sauber, schön dekoriert, zentral aber ruhig gelegen. Wir können fußläufig Läden und Restaurants erreichen. Es gibt ein Garten mit Tisch, Stühlen und 2 Liegen. Wir haben es aber wegen sehr starker Sonnstrahlung und vielen Moskitos kaum benutzt. Die Gastgeber Daniele und Alessandra sind sehr nett, gehen unserem Wunsch nach. Wir haben ein schönes Aufenthalten gehabt.

Una casetta veramente accogliente

Sono stato con altri 5 amici nella graziosa casa di Daniele e Alessandra, la casa è accogliente ed arredata con molto buon gusto. gli spazi sfruttati alla perfezione ed è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire. lo spazio esterno è ottimamente disposto,sia la zona con il tavolo che la piccola SPA. un plauso alle luci sia quelle esterne che quelle molto carine nel soppalco. per come è curata è molto più di una casa vacanze. i proprietari gentili e disponibili con consigli logistici e culinari. è stato un vero piacere soggiornarvi. grazie ancora di tutto!

Au coeur de la Toscane

Super moments passés chez Daniele et Alessandra La maison est très fonctionnelle même à 6..nous avons pu profiter du potager à disposition dans le jardin.Tomate 100%bio .. Daniele est resté très disponible et efficace quand nous avons réglé quelques soucis en lien avec la Covid.. située pas très loin de l'axe autoroutier, nous avons pu profiter de la Toscane sans faire de trop longue distance d'un bout à l'autre.. la Cerise sur le gâteau, au moment du départ, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir reçu une attention culinaire locale.. merci pour l' accueil et toute cette attention..

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in optimaler Lage für Ausflüge

Wir haben von diesem toll ausgestatteten Haus aus Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa, Forte dei Marmi, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pistoia und Montecatini Terme unternommen - und natürlich nach Florenz. Florenz war mit dem Zug bestens zu erreichen. Parken kann man am Pendlerbahnhof Montecatini Terme/Monsummano kostenfrei. Das Haus liegt in einer Einbahnstraße und verfügt über einen abschließbaren Parkplatz. Wir sind abends gern zu Fuß zur Piazza gegangen und haben dort mindestens ein Eis mit den besonders guten Eissorten gegessen. Der Ort hat uns gut gefallen und das Haus bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Garten mit dem gemütlichen Sitzplatz hat uns bereits morgens beim Frühstück erfreut. Auch der Whirlpool war klasse. Wir empfehlen das Haus jedem, der es gern sauber und gut ausgestattet mag. Die Vermieter waren äußerst angenehm, freundlich und fürsorglich. Wir wurden bestens empfangen, es gab viele wertvolle Informationen und auch während des Aufenthalts haben die Vermieter sich stets sehr freundlich um uns gekümmert.

Ideal base of operation to explore Toscane

Daniele, Allessandra and their daughter are very friendly and welcoming. Their home is well cared for and has nice personal touches. The rooms are very clean and there is everything you need, and even more. (a welcoming basket as well as a souvenir when leave) Our kids liked the attic room with the low ceiling and climbing stair, the disco lights were cool. The location is perfect to explore Pisa, Lucca, Montecatini Terme, Firenze,... and the house is located in the middle of the town but in a quiet area, no noise at all. It has a parking place, very handy! Tip: the local market on mondays and with teenagers: go to Bagni di Lucca to raft and to Scesta for the canyoning park. Only remark: we expected the hot tub although it was only april, maybe mention the dates in the advert so there are no false expectations. Thanks a lot for a wonderfull stay! (only the weather could have been a bit better)
