Wunderbares Wochenende in schöner Umgebung

Das Haus macht seinem Namen "Wunschlos" alle Ehre! Wir haben mit 6 Frauen ein entspanntes, lustiges, interessantes Wochenende verlebt. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist zum Wandern perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Großzügiges Haus mit Abstrichen in der B-Note

Wir (5 Radsportler) haben den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft genossen, dennoch sollte einiges in der Angebotsbeschreibung korrigiert werden. Das Positive: -Großer Wohn-Essbereich und schön geschnittener Grundriss. -Gemütliche Terrasse mit direkten Küchenzugang. -Garage für Fahrräder-Motorrad ein PKW könnte jedoch knapp werden. -ÖPNV Anbindung nach Monschau (ca. 8min Fußweg) -Radwegtrasse 200m vom Haus entfernt. Das Negative: -Auf den Bildern ist ein Gasgrill zusehen, am Haus ist jedoch lediglich ein Holzkohlengrill. -Check in und Check out wurden in einer Email am Anreisetag geändert, Check-in nun nicht vor 15:00 und Check-out schon um 10:00 Uhr. -das größte Manko ist jedoch das obere "grüne" Durchgangszimmer mit Notfall-Klappcouch. Um das obere (2te) Badezimmer nutzen zu können muss jeder Gast durch dieses grüne Durchgangszimmer gehen und das stört den Zimmerbewohner massiv. Das sollte anhand einer Grundrissdarstellung deutlich gemacht werden. -die Bundesstraße 258 ist doch sehr präsent. Wir haben uns mit den Gegebenheiten arrangiert und hatten eine tolle Zeit. mfg

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist ein sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Bäder sind ausgezeichnet, die Terrasse sehr schön und die Lage für diverse Ausflüge optimal. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr persönlich und angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Haus auch gerne weiter.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir waren mit insgesamt drei Pärchen für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Haus und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es bietet sehr viel Platz und eine tolle Ausstattung (u. A. Kamin und Kaffeevollautomat). Auch die Lage ist toll, man erreicht mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit Monschau und fußläufig einige Wanderwege. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder :)

Gemütliche Wohnung zum Entspannen

Wir haben die Wohnung mit 7 Erwachsenen (3 Paare, 1 Single) genutzt, um uns eine Woche lang ein wenig zurückzuziehen und zu entspannen. Die Betten sind bequem und sauber, der große Tisch lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen und Spielen ein und die Bäder sind schön und funktional. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung zum Wandern, einkaufen und Trips wirklich schön, genug Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Perfekter geht nicht

Ein 1. Klasse und sehr großzügiges Haus, es fehte an nichts, gemütlich, sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, Kommunikation mit Vermieter perfekt, auch das Restaurant der Familie "Der Hirsch" in Monschau unbedingt besuchen !!! Kurzum: Alles perfekt - so sollte ein Urlaub sein !

Ideales Ferienhaus für große Gruppen

Wir haben die Ferienunterkunft mit acht Erwachsenen genutzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber die Räume waren angenehm groß. Leider riecht das Wohnzimmer unangenehm was wahrscheinlich am Kamin liegt. Wir mussten erstmal großzügig lüften. Die Küche ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer wurde nie richtig warm und der Boden ist eiskalt. Wir empfehlen dicke Socken und oder Hausschuhe. Wir haben den Kamin in der Zeit intensiv genutzt. Leider standen uns wenig Brennholz (3-5 Stück) und Anzünder (Reste von Vormieter) zur Verfügung. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass es kein weiteres Brennholz für uns gibt und das sich die Mieter selbst versorgen müssen. In 3 km nähe haben wir uns beim Baumarkt mit Brennholz eingedeckt. Uns hat unter anderem der Gasgrill gefreut, somit konnten wir einen tollen Grillabend machen. Die Wohnungsschlüssel sind am Eingang über einen Zahlenschloss abgesichert, so konnten wir die Schlüssel kontaktlos annehmen und zurückgeben. Mega praktisch. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden falls man sich mit Nahrungsmittel eindecken möchte. Anja und der Dominik waren jederzeit erreichbar. Danke! Wir können die Unterkunft insgesamt empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit guten Räumlichkeiten für 8-10 Personen

Ein modern eingerichtetes und neu renoviertes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Wald- und Wandergebiet. Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattete Küche und die Schlafräume eigneten sich sehr gut für 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind für den täglichen Bedarf zu Fuß und weitere mit kurzer Strecke per Auto erreichbar. Lediglich die Kontaktaufnahme zur Besprechung der Hausübergabe war etwas unglücklich, da eine Mitteilung seitens des Vermieters bzw. dessen Verwaltung nicht im Voraus erfolgt ist und wir uns darum bemühen mussten. Dafür einen Stern Abzug.

Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Venn

Wir waren mit sechs Erwachsenen und einem kleinen Kind (2) für eine Woche im Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns im frisch sanierten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt - eine tolle Einrichtung und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub als Familie benötigt :) Nicht weit entfernt kann man direkt weitläufig im Venn und im Eifelgebiet laufen/wandern und Monschau ist mit dem Auto auch schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Großes schönes Haus mit viel Platz

Wir waren für ein Wochenende mit 9 Personen in dem Haus. Das Haus wurde komplett neu renoviert und toll ausgestattet. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und/oder Radtouren. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei :-)
