Belvedere sul Porto is an apartment with a part of private terrace from which enjoying a wonderful view of the port and the sea of Monopoli. The accomodation is located on the third floor of an ancient stone and tuff house in the oldtown of Monopoli, a few steps from bars and restaurants and about 500m (7 min by walk) from the famous city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms and it can accommodate up to 3 people.
Belvedere sul Porto is an apartment on the third floor of an ancient stone and tuff house located in the oldtown of Monopoli. To access the accommodation, you have to going up the ancient stone stairs that are very steep and not suitable for people with mobility problems. The apartment includes a large entrance living room which includes a kitchen with island, equipped with a steel sink and stove with 4 gas burners, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, table with chairs and a single sofa bed. There is also a bedroom with a French double bed and a balcony with a beautiful view, a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs there is a part of private terrace with a gorgeous view of the port and the sea of Monopoli. The terrace is for the exclusive use of guests but occasionally the owner of the apartment on the second floor does use the area behind the outdoor kitchen to hang clothes. There is a large pergola with kitchenette with gas fire and sink, a table with chairs and two sun loungers.
At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.

Supposed to sleep 3 but only one settee for 2 in the lounge to be comfortable on, although 8 chairs around the table!Very uncomfortable sun beds on terrace - need cushions as a priority. The number of steps to the apartment need to be listed accurately, per step. Location was brilliant. Not what you’d call a comfortable apartment - sparse and poorly lit. Wouldn’t recommend
