A special feature of the apartment is a splendid furnished terrace that will make you enjoy the magical summer days. A unique place to enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation.
On the terrace we will find a splendid dormeuse obtained from a typical monopolitan gozzo, a small lounge, a dining table, a hammock, two sunbeds, a shower.
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony, a living room / equipped kitchen, a kitchenette with an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee machine (both for pods and for ground coffee), a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. utility room / laundry room with washing machine. We will also find air conditioners and free wifi throughout the apartment, including the terrace.
The apartment is located in the center of the famous Piazza Milite Ignoto. Less than 50 m. approximately we find the ancient historical center of Monopoli, fulcrum of the movida. Great location, clean and thoughtfully equipped (including face masks, sanitizer, snacks). Bedrooms are spacious, living area is smallish but we didn't spend much time at the apartment other than overnight so it worked for our purposes. Leo is a friendly host.

One week in Monopoli
The property is very clean with great patio, good beds and bathroom. The Kitchen is small but we managed ok.
There are over 40 steps up to the property so beware.
Leo, the owner is very attentive.
There was ample parking for free in the nearby streets - White bays!!

Wonderful stay in Monopoli, this town is very pleasant and the flat very well situated, all shops, restaurants, sea side reachable within 5 to 10 minutes walk
You will find everything in the flat, very nice decor and wonderful roof top. Many thanks Leo for your kind wekcole, we'll come bac for sure !
