Urlaub in Süditalien

Als wir bei der Wohnung ankamen mussten wir anrufen und warten weil kein Ansprechpartner da war obwohl wir zur angegeben Zeit vor Ort waren. Obwohl in der Beschreibung eine verfügbar Garage angeführt ist und wir diese buchten, meinte der Vermieter es gebe keine Garagen in der gesamten Wohnanlage. Nach einigen hin und her meinte er die Garage ist nicht verfügbar. Wir schalteten Hotels.com ein. Die Mitarbeiter von Hotels.com kontaktierten den Vermieter 2 Tage lang erfolglos. War weder telefonisch noch per email erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnanlage nicht willkommen. Wurden unfreundlich aufgefordert unser Auto umzustellen, obwohl wir ordnungsgemäß parkten. Nach 10 Minuten parkten andere Autos am selben Platz. Abends war es sehr schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir sind über die unkooperative und arrogante Art des Vermieters sehr enttäuscht. Nie wieder diese Wohnung!
