Charmante maison de ville parfaitement équipée à Monflanquin

La maison est spacieuse, charmante et très bien équipée, en particulier la cuisine au rez de chaussée qui vient d’être rénovée. Les chambres à l’étage sont très jolies et les lits très bons. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez John, la communication et l’accueil sont excellents et la terrasse à l’étage a une vue imprenable ! À recommander sans hésiter 😀

Bien mais...

La maison est agréable et spacieuse. Elle est sur 3 niveaux . Le 3e niveau est celui d'un salon non isolé donc très chaud l'été et de la terrasse ; les marches de l'escalier d'accès à ce niveau sont étroites et irrégulières. J'en ai déjà informé le propriétaire : il manque des informations pratiques locales dont lieu et modalités d'accès aux poubelles, code Wifi. Heureusement une voisine de leurs amis dépanne ! Il y a des gestes de bienvenue mais pas d'accueil à proprement parler. Quant à l'annonce, elle précise lave-vaisselle... piscine... IL N'Y A PAS DE PISCINE ATTACHEE A LA LOCATION, il s'agit de la PISCINE MUNICIPALE. Il semble que plusieurs propriétaires de locations situées dans Monflanquin induisent en erreur de la sorte! Le village est agréable. Nous regrettons que le COVID19 est provoqué l'annulation de manifestations et compliqué l'acces à de nombreux sites, mais cela est une autre histoire... La piscine fait que je mets 3 étoiles. Je reste à votre disposition pour complément d'information. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Quelques remarques ABRITEL : - Sur Monflanquin le propriétaire de la maison correspondant à "Belle maison près du lac et piscine au coeur de Monflanquin" m'a dit, après plusieurs relances ne plus travailler avec Abritel et je constate que l'annonce est toujours sur le site. - Les annonces ne sont pas conformes aux descriptions - voir piscine ! Nous payons des frais de service, il est donc très regrettable que les descriptifs ne soient pas conforme à la réalité et j'aimerais avoir une facture en euros, nous sommes en France!
