The La Maurine residence is located about 400m from the center of the village of Monêtier les Bains and 800m from the Pré Chabert ski lifts allowing access to the Serre Chevalier Vallée ski area. Close to the start of cross-country ski trails, hiking trails and the free shuttle.

Appartement très bien mais sans parking

Appartement très bien optimisé et bien équipé, cuisine bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité. Le balcon orientation sud donne une belle vue sur la montagne et les étoiles. Seul hic, l'annonce indique qu'un parking est disponible, or il n'y a pas de parking pour la résidence ou dédié à l'appartement.

Fonctionnel et agréable

Bon séjour, très bien pour 6 personnes adultes. Un défaut serait la cuisine un peu exiguë pour le nombre de personnes. A noter la liste du matériel,vaisselle et linge de lit n'est pas à jour. Pas de plats pour le four ( les plats pyrex notés sur la liste ne sont plus là) et le caquelon du matériel à fondue n'est pas utilisable avec la plaque de cuisson (caquelon ceramique avec plaque à induction !).

très bien situé et agréable, équipement conforme ,adapté pour 4 à 6 personnes+ très pratique : 2 WC et 1 salle de bain + 1 douche (salle de bain et douche pas des plus récentes ainsi que vieux convecteurs électriques mais bon.....) mais globalement très bien

Très bonne location

Nous étions 5 (3 adultes et 2 enfants) et nous avions de la place pour tout le monde. Lits confortables, cuisine bien équipée, beaucoup de rangement, des pièces spacieuses et bien agencées. Seul point noir : le manque de machine à laver le linge.
