Esta cabaña sobre el agua es el lugar perfecto para ávidos pescadores, familias pequeñas o una escapada romántica. La casa se encuentra literalmente en la parte superior del muelle! Hay una gran terraza ideal para tomar el sol, comer o simplemente disfrutar de la vista increíble. Hay una mesa de picnic en la terraza, así como muchas sillas, tumbonas para tomar el sol y sillas plegables dentro de la sala de almacenamiento en el interior. En la cubierta más pequeña dedicada a cocinar, encontrará una parrilla de propano para cocinar la pesca del día.

Dentro de la casa de 500 pies cuadrados, hay un área de sala de estar con pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas HDTV con apx 15 canales. Puede levantar la cama abatible de la reina Murphy si desea más espacio en el piso durante el día y bájela para una noche de sueño confortable. Si trae niños o una segunda pareja, hay un sofá cama Queen para espacio adicional para dormir.

La cocina es pequeña, pero adecuada. Hay una placa de cocción, nevera, microondas y fregadero. 2 cafeteras, una estándar y una Keurig. Sin estufa / horno o lavaplatos porque seamos honestos, con esta vista y configuración, ¡querrá cocinar la mayoría de sus comidas en la parrilla! El baño tiene una ducha de tamaño completo (sin bañera).
A solo una corta caminata y está en el muelle donde puede amarrar 2 botes, el resbalón sostendrá un bote de 7 pies de ancho y 22 pies de largo debajo del área cubierta y uno a la parte abierta del muelle. Los tacos se han montado aquí para que pueda amarrarlos, se mantendrá hasta un bote de 40 pies. Usted está a menos de 2 minutos en barco a Bridgewater Plaza, donde encontrará entretenimiento para niños y adultos por igual.

The title says it all, the water view we're incredible to wake up to every morning and the over all feel of the property was very comfortable. We had a great stay!

House over the dock. Great novelty. But comes with nuances. Steep driveway, a little precarious. Fourty feet of stairway after driveway. So limit provisions if possible. All in all, enjoyed the stay for two and for two days.

Beautiful views and great location. Dock home was open when we arrived - unlocked. No blankets as stated but the management company brought us a set. We had to wipe down surfaces, sweep up, and cover the couch due to dirt, stains, and pet hair. There is well water at this location.

Super cute studio! Only bad part is it smelt like cigarette smoke when we got there. Most linens are provided, but on the listing it says they aren’t. Not much sunlight hits the deck which is a bummer, but if you have a boat or jetski the whole time it’s nice. I will be back!

Awesome little place!

This place had an amazing front row seat to the awesome sunsets over the lake. Peaceful, perfect for a couples get away. Perfect shading from the trees on the hot afternoons.

This was a very nice getaway for my husband and I. It’s right above the water, good fishing. And you can tie off your float to the dock and enjoy the water and sun. We would stay here again. The driveway is STEEP! And you’ll want to bring towels, paper products, including toilet paper, trash bags and sheets. We got it all at the local food lion and left it after our stay for the next guest. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and shops, plus some really nice wineries!

My husband and our dogs spent the week here and it was everything we needed. Just be warned that the house is located at the bottom of a steep hill. The only grass available is at the top of the hill. I would recommend putting your boat in prior to arriving to the home, as backing it down was difficult. We were a short boat ride away from the rest of our family, and Bridgewater Plaza. We absolutely adored boating and swimming in the lake. The location of the house was quiet, and private. Would recommend this cabin to small, low maintenance families or couples. We will absolutely be returning!

Quiet and relaxing

Overall, the stay was fine for the price point. Great area, close to the marina, safe, overall in a great location. The kitchen could use some organizing, more coffee cups, and a potato peeler! Having a small stove would be convenient.
