Savor your morning coffee and evening meals on our expansive covered back porch, where you can take in stunning sunsets. Tucked away in a tranquil neighborhood, our home is the ideal spot to unwind. Take advantage of our outdoor amenities, and most importantly, relish the beauty of the lake! This beautifully crafted custom home features an inviting open-concept floor plan, complete with a dine-in kitchen. The main bedroom offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, featuring a spacious shower and a standalone bathtub with a lovely window view. The secondary bedroom includes a queen-size bed and shares a full bathroom with a third room equipped with two twin-over-full bunk beds, making it perfect for families. Kid-friendly amenities include a pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, and toys, ensuring your family feels right at home. The cozy keeping room adjacent to the kitchen features a queen-size pull-out sofa, a large-screen TV, and a desk for virtual work. Guests can enjoy high-speed Starlink internet throughout the property, along with the convenience of a washer and dryer. Step outside to the expansive back porch, where you'll find a large sectional, an outdoor dining table, and Adirondack chairs, creating a wonderful space for family gatherings. A Sonos sound system enhances the atmosphere throughout the home. Situated lakefront in a tranquil cove, the property provides kayaks, paddleboards, and an outdoor shower for your enjoyment. Outdoor activities abound with yard games and a fire pit, plus a Traeger smoker-style grill for your culinary adventures. The home also features an electric vehicle charger. The community includes a private swimming pool, a boat ramp, and a day dock for your convenience. A covered boat slip can be coordinated with the host, allowing you to swim or float from the community dock and fully savor your time on the lake. Other Items to Note: Community pool is open seasonally (Generally May thru September), There is a key for the boat ramp in the house. There is a day-dock to use for daytime and if keeping boat in the water overnight there is an assigned, covered slip. There is daytime trailer parking by the pool and overnight trailer parking near the house. Swimming/floating in the lake is available from the covered boat slip floating dock or community day dock.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a patio and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a microwave.
