Beautiful 4 br 4 bath home with POOL & Large dock. Fire pit by lake. Right across from Bridgewater. Wifi, paddleboard, 2 kayaks. 2 masters, 2 kitchens, 1 on each level, both have views of the large TVs & bar seating. Commercial ice maker, 2 covered patios, 1 off of master. Sleeps 10. Large covered & uncovered dock with bar area, table & plenty of seating. Views of the lake from 3 bedrooms, deck, pool & fire pit areas. Eletric blinds, fans, large yard. Very short boat ride to all the major restaurants, Mangos, Jakes place & Drifters. 5 mins to Kroger or Food lion shopping centers. No Wake Zone, so perfect for swimming and floating at the dock. This home has it all, electronic basketball, ps5, board games, ect.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 3.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.

Great house! Great host! 5 stars! The location is perfect, especially if you want to rent a boat at the marina (in the same no-wake zone). We had a power outage due to a storm, which caused a few things to need to be reset, and Tracey worked with us to quickly get them addressed - very responsive. She was flexible on a few things for us and was very friendly. I’d stay here again!!

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the standards expected for a property at this price point. Upon arrival, no check-in or checkout instructions were provided. The home was not properly cleaned before our arrival. We found multiple cleanliness issues, including medication bottles and open alcohol bottles left behind throughout the property. The washing machine contained visible mold and could not be used for our family’s laundry needs.The home was also not adequately prepared for guests. Several drawers were filled with the owner’s clothing, leaving limited space for our belongings. There was no kitchen storage space available for pantry items, and minimal refrigerator space was available for our family’s food storage.We also experienced a serious safety concern with the front door lock, which was not functioning properly. The host stated it would be repaired mid-week, but it was never fixed during our stay. Having an unresolved security issue throughout our vacation was extremely concerning.We also had concerns about the pool maintenance. After using the pool, our children experienced significant eye irritation.We spent a significant portion of our vacation documenting issues, communicating with the host, and attempting to resolve problems that should have been addressed before our arrival. Future guests should be aware of the cleanliness, maintenance, communication, and safety concerns we experienced during our stay.

Beautiful property, but not exactly what we expected

Tracey is extremely kind and personable, which made it hard to leave a somewhat negative review. Unfortunately, the house was not cleaned before our arrival and we had to call her to have someone come back and clean. When they did come back it was late in the evening so things were not cleaned before we went to sleep. This included bathrooms, vacuuming, kitchen dishes, and counters/floors. We requested the linen package, however most of the sheets were not clean and the bunk room only had a sheet for one bed that was not even on the bed. The bunks were described as two twin bunks. There was one small "playhouse" bunk and two other mattresses on the floor. Those mattresses appeared to be from toddler beds. I think we were the first renters they have had. The house is beautiful, but I just don't think they were ready to have renters yet.
