Villa with swimming pool in Mondavio, 20 km away from the Adriatic Sea

Villa Azzurra is located in the beautiful countryside of the Marche region, in the hills but only a few meters away from the historic town centre of the fortified town of Mondavio. The olive groves around the house are part of the property and the owners are passionate olive oil producers. Shops and restaurants are in Mondavio and it takes only a short walk to enjoy your first coffee of the day on one of the terraces in town. The Adriatic coast with its beautiful beaches and lively coastal towns is only 20 minutes by car away.
The villa has a swimming pool with a magnificent view, equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
In the wide porch on the ground floor there are grill, table and chairs for outdoor dinners and a relax area with armchairs.
The villa has a laundry room with bathroom with shower and a private parking lot.
The grounds are completely fenced and are equipped with an automatic entrance gate.
On request, the two floors can be rented out as two independent apartments (except in high season).
Villa Azzurra has two floors.
On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, an oven and a dishwasher. Spacious living room with direct access to the porch, bathroom with shower, master bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed.
On the first floor a large living room with kitchen and stove, terrace, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms on the first floor are provided with air conditioning.
There is also a laundry room with a bathroom with shower, located next to the villa (accessible from the outside).

Beautiful old villa with a gorgeous garden and pool

The villa was everything we expected and more. We had an amazing view from the patio on the rolling hills outside Mondavio. Within a 10 min walk there are a couple of nice restaurants in the historic centre of Mondavio. The surroundings are nice and quiet. The hosts were very nice and were at our disposal within 5 mins if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay!

Es war das erste mal Und wir hatten mit der Villa mit ihren Partnern einen Volltreffer gelandet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen - es stand in der Küche neben Eiern, Öl, Milch auch ein Kuchen zum Empfang bereit. Das Haus ist in einem Top Zustand, sauber, sehr großzügig und liegt auf einem Hügel mit Blick in eine zauberhafte Landschaft. Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt, vom ersten Eintreten auf das Grundstück und in die Villa fühlt man sich sehr wohl und wie zuhause.

Very nice place and owner

A great place. The owner, even if he speaks only italian, welcomed us very warmly offering us local specialties. A short walk from the house, the historic center of Mondavio with lots of restaurants. During our stay, we spent a wonderful evening in this beautiful medieval village, we remember with great pleasure, in particular, the historical celebration of "Caccia al cinghiale" (wild boar hunting). We recommend this place to all nature, peace and Marche region lovers. We hope to be back soon. Großartiges Ort. Der Besitzer, auch wenn er nur Italienisch spricht, begrüßte uns sehr herzlich mit lokalen Spezialitäten. Ein kurzer Spaziergang führt zur Altstadt von Mondavio wo sich viele Restaurants befinden. Während unseres Aufenthaltes verbrachten wir wunderschöne Abende in diesem schönen mittelalterlichen Dorf, wir erinnern uns mit großer Freude, insbesondere an der historischen Feier der "Caccia al cinghiale" (Jagd auf Wildschweine). Wir empfehlen diese Immobilie an alle Liebhaber der Natur, Ruhe und der Region Marche. Wir hoffen, bald wiederkommen zu dürfen.

Fantastic place!

It is a very nice place to relax, to explore the surroundings of the Marche. Great pool. Very clean. Very wide beautiful views. Beautiful garden with a lot of flowers. Our holiday was excellent. The property is very clean, very well maintained. The Family is very correct and helpfull with everything. I would definitely recommend this property to friends because I am sure they'll have a warm welcome like we had.
