The property was very clean, but poorly represented in the write-up. There is only one bedroom and one bathroom. This meant that one of us had to sleep on the couch. The ad says there is access to an entire house, when all we had was a small basement apartment with only one window. There were no towels, only one roll of toilet paper and there was a noise coming from the fridge that kept the person sleeping on the couch awake.

the location is on the outskirts of Moncton in a new residential area. the apartment is located in the basement. as can be seen in the photos, there is only a window in the bedroom. it is a neat apartment. To make this apartment even more beautiful I would: hang a curtain in front of the window, place lighting near the bed, and put a table and chairs in the living room. the inventory of the kitchen is minimal. we lack an emergency exit contact with the landlord is fine. he responded quickly when it turned out that the apartment had not yet been cleaned and resolved this quickly.
