Both apartments have each about 60 square meters and are fully and comfortably furnished. All rooms are designed and laid out with laminate. Each apartment has a terrace, as well as a separate car & # 150; Parking space. Usable for both parties is a covered barbecue area, and a room in the brick shed behind the House, where u. a. the terrace furniture.

The HOUSE AMIRA located right at the foot of Zicker mountains, in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve on the peninsula Mönchgut. It is a former fishing wooden house, which was completely walled. In the years 2004 and 2005, the house has been lovingly restored inside and redistributed so that two beautiful apartments have been created, each with about 60 square meters. The house has 2000 square meters of enclosed land. For each apartment is a separate car & # 150; Parking space available!Upon arrival you will find a Handttuchpaket in our beds made and per person. This service is included in the price. The holidays can be started immediately.  
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a furnished balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed and a fenced private yard.

Lage und Größe der Ferienwohnung waren in Ordnung, doch der allgemeine Zustand war enttäuschend: Aussenfassade bröckelt, Türschloss locker, insbesondere Küche und Bad waren renovierungsbedürftig. Möbel und Ausstattung wirken tlw. ungepflegt (z.B. faustgroßes Loch im Bezug eines Sessels im Wohnraum), der Fernseher funktionierte nur eingeschränkt. Insgesamt deutlich unter dem erwarteten Standard – ohne umfassende Renovierung derzeit nicht empfehlenswert.Hinweis für Tierhalter: In unmittelbarer Nähe (kurz außerhalb der Ortslage) wird zum Jahreswechsel trotz Böllerverbot in der Ortslage heftig geböllert. Ein Horror für empfindliche Tiere.

Geniale Lage, aber kein Luxus

Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter und Vermieter, sowie den Nachbarn war überaus nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, technisch mit allem ausgerüstet und wanderfreudigen Familien mit Kleinkind oder älteren Menschen zu empfehlen. Die Lage unterhalb des Bakenberges ist einfach nur genial ruhig und schön. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass die Gartenmöbel vorher gereinigt worden wären. Das mussten wir übernehmen. Die Ferienwohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nichts Exklusives, aber o.k., wenn man ohnehin den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Das Foto stimmt so nicht, die Couch ist neu.
