Love Our Place in Eze

We went back for the second year! The view is beautiful and we love staying there. Not good for people who don't do well with steps, but well worth a few steps for the view. The train station is nearby, but drive there. The ticket machine was out of order and we got on the train thinking we could find the app quickly. Don't do that. We got a 50 euro fine each for a 2 euro train ride. The kitchen is well equipped and access is easy.

Beautiful View but Key Box Was Broken

The property was spacious and the views were spectacular. We would stay there again. Unfortunately, the box with the key combination did not work. We had to call the property manager who didn't speak English. Then we called Belvilla and spoke with a helpful woman who spoke French to the property manager with two cell phone facing each other and speakers turned on. Finally got in with a key from a other box that wasn't mentioned in our instructions. I am sure that this wasn't known, but the house smelled like an animal had died inside the wall. All this being said, we would stay there again.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The location and proximity to not only the beach, but also to places such as Nice is excellent. The property has character but modern furnishings and is very well equipped for your stay. The pool and private garden makes for an ideal holiday location. The views from the many terraces are simply stunning. The communication from the host/delegates was excellent. They provided useful information for the area and the check in process was very easy. We would definitely stay at the property again! Thank you.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit sehr schönem Meerblick

Auch wenn die Wohnung und die Möbel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, haben wir jeden Moment genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Es fehlt an nichts, vom ausreichenden Küchenmobiliar über alles, was man zuhause auch benutzt, bis hin zu pool, Kicker und viel mehr. Wir konnten jeden Tag oben draußen frühstücken, und auch die anderen Terrassen bieten viel Platz. Es gibt sogar 3 verschiedene Grills! Leider konnten wir die geräumige Garage nicht benutzen, lag aber an der Höhe unseres Busses. Fazit: Gerne wieder, vielleicht dann im Spätsommer, wenn man den Pool auch richtig genießen kann.

Bonne location mais piscine non chauffée

Le séjour s'est relativement bien passé. Le propriétaire est disponible et répond assez vite aux demandes. Par contre petit soucis avec le site de location (abritel/belvilla) qui malgré plusieurs demandes du propriétaire ne retire toujours pas dans l'annonce le fait que la piscine n'est pas chauffée. Ce qui créé une déception à l'arrivée car l'on s'attend à une piscine chauffée.

Marvellous week in Eze sur Mer

The house and the small garden could have been better maintained. At our arrival there was no one to meet us. We were informed of this by Belvilla, but we got the information after that we already had booked the house. The main problem was how the heating fans in the house and the heating of the pool ("house with heated pool") should be operated. The presence of the care taker of the house would have solved those problems. We were a bit surprised to notice, that the care taker had left laundry for drying in the fairly small entrance hall. The dryer machine was also full of laundry. The small garden had not been raked lately. But, from our second day on at the house we found it to be very practical and nice for our big family. We sorted the laundry that had been left, found old time heaters in the cabinets and raked the garden. The pool was very good with its adjustable water depth and the boys enjoyed it every day. Our favorite place in the house was the combined spacious living room/kitchen with the breath taking view. The location of the house is ideal, 15 min. on the train to Nice, Monaco etc. Nice and challenging hiking paths start from the door steps of the house.
