Looks like an unfinished blockhouse . When I booked my reservation , for whatever reason the dates were wrong. Waited at the front office for 20 mns until someone comes . Hotel is deserted because low season . Talked to the manager asking her if we can change the date for two days earlier .there is absolutly no one in the hotel .she requires more money ( 24 euros ) saying the staying is more expensive . Quickly check on line and actually the price was lower . Then she said it cost administrative time to make the change ? Pool was empty and so was the jacuzzi . All the lounge chairs are piled up in the restaurants ! The room was nice and so was the view . This property had a bad energy.

Mistakenly a payment was done since the location of the place booked was in an entire different country.The response I got after informing the owner 15minutes later was shocking and not acceptable even after my explanation.Money was not returned and did not have any sympathy though I am a retired person and 75 years old.I will not recommend any traveler to deal with such people.

Amazing view. Excellent experience. Must be to walk up lots of steps and uphill walkway. Some issues with the Wi-Fi Internet. Not able to operate the TV, stove and microwave probably not familiar with equipment as we are from USA. Definitely would recommend for anyone wants to come to Monaco.

Okay so accept you are staying in an apartment and it’s not the 4 Seasons. However the view from my enormous balcony was spectacular. The space clean and practical. Bed comfortable. Shower ok. The staff are amazing and really helpfully. Only downside was lugging my bag up the hill day 1. Close. (15mins on average to Monaco) with access to the coast and all It has to offer. Overlay, I will be back next year and would highly recommend it to others who like privacy and space. Thank you and Thank you!!

The view was beautiful and the apartment was very small but nicely appointed. The air conditioning didn’t work and they did not have anyone to fix ii and it was very hot all day and into the night. The lights in the living room would not turn off and lite up the bedroom all night. The lock on the outside patio did not lock and the apartment lock was very difficult to unlockand lock. The carpet was stained and in need of a cleaning. You would think the owner or management company would take better care of the apartments. Very unhappy with the apartment outside of the beautiful view!!

The pool and rooms are comfortable. Lots of light bulbs burnt out. It is not easy to get to beach and store. Very steel walk down with over 200 stairs then you have to get back up hill. A 5 minute cab ride cost 80 euros and to airport 150 euros. Found the location inconvenient.

Beautiful views, but that’s about it. The apartment we stayed in had been redone in the past couple of years, but was still pretty worn. The air conditioning unit was old and smelly and could not keep up with the temperatures which made it impossible to stay in the unit during the day and uncomfortable at night. The location is great for views, but that’s about it. Could not really walk anywhere and could not park anywhere in the town. Hard to find groceries and other supplies. Had questions about my reservation and sent several messages- no response. Was supposed to have received check in instructions, but never received anything. Staff at the front desk were unfriendly and unhelpful. Parking was fine. Note that the elevator does not go to the ground floor so some stairs are required. Not worth the 400 euro per night we spent. Would not stay here again.

Initially, it was somewhat difficult to access the property but once we contacted the phone number at the gate it was a super easy process. Our hostess was very flexible, accommodating and made the process of checking in extremely easy for us. The property was beautiful the views were amazing and it was extremely clean. Places to eat and shop were at a far walking distance but if you like exploring you’ll enjoy the journey. Uber eats is also available and has decent choices.

Sara Riviera

Great place to stay and have a base if you have a car. Using public transport meant walking up about 250 steps from the town centre. In 35 degree heat with luggage took a while. We had to pay for early check plus taxes. As we had just come from Paris on the sleeper train we just wanted to get in the pool and relax. Great infinity pool and lovely place to take in the views. No snacks/drinks available except at reception and these were extortionate hence the benefit of a car. Inside our triple room the washbasin drawers were not shutting and one of the panes of glass on the balcony had cracked. They were aware of this when the room was allocated but didn't tell us until we reported the issues. Melissa was lovely and super helpful but couldn't do anything about the early check-in charges.
