Worst hotel experience ive ever had from the Mariott brand. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Room smelled like pee and there was hair all over the counter in the bathroom. I requested that my room be changed but they straight up denied it. When told about the smell the hotel staff receptionist simply said i will have some one take a look at it and no one came.
We had one day to spend in Monaco, and Joanna at the front desk could not have been more helpful and friendly. She gave us the perfect overview of what to do and also made us a dinner reservation which turned out to be one of the best meals of our trip. Overall, the hotel was a great experience and value as we only spent half of what we would have at many other Monaco hotels.
Old , bad smeale , not clean, noise room, the heat didnt work good!!
I paid $230/night for a SEA view room(with NO breakfast)and received a room on the 1st floor. Well, formally the room faces the see, but there is NO sea that you can see from the first floor. You can see hotel pool and bar, nearby road, other parts of the hotel building, parked boats in front of the hotel - but no SEE. I kindly asked the receptionist to give me a room a couple of floors higher, but they said this is what I paid for, and offered me a similar room a couple of floors up for additional 60 euro(it is almost $100 EXTRA!). I do not pay to people who tricks me and will not recommend it to anyone else. The room itself was clean but it was not better than in 2 star hotels. In the hotels Like this you normally pay for location and VIEW. I did not get one. Hope someone else will be treated better.
Right across the street from Monaco. A little bit away from night life but within walking distance and safe bus travel to Monte Carlo.
The location is beautiful, right on the water. A quiet location, except for the loud disco music until 2am Saturday night. The staff was very pleasant, though they seemed short on staff (I guess it was off season). The room was clean, and very roomy, and a fantastic view, which is great! The food was delicious, and the staff in the bar very pleasant.
