Cap Martin is a wonderful and beautiful place.

It's on the side of a mountain so not so good for people not used to walking various terrains.

Terrible stay in a place that comes from 1970s, where they charge for towels, sheets, toilet paper and cleaning. This place is located on a cliff with nothing around. No shops, no restaurants no shops no cafes. There’s no shuttle as indicated, there’s a bus that comes every 30 min that stops in a middle of a highway with no bus stop indicator You have to guess where it stops in the middle of dangerous road. The rooms are terribly furnished and dated. There are no toiletries in the bathroom. Bring your own. The only good thing about the room is the view. But there’s only so long you can look at it on an empty stomach They offer no coffee, no tea in the room. Again, no food stores where you can get coffee nearby. The nearest store is 30 min walking

Not friendly, arrogant, overpriced with no service

The location is in the middle of nowhere. If you don’t have a car of your own, dont even think about this place. Public transportation is a pain in this area to go to monte carlo. Also, they told us to leave the room decently clean when we check out, which we did. However they made us clean the floors and bathroom floors and threatened to charge us €30 if we didn’t. The reception is hardly ever open, I dont know what they do if they can’t run a reception open throughout the day so its easier for us to reach for any help at anytime.

Appartement conforme à la description. La location en supplément dun climatiseur est indispensable. Ne convient pas à un couple car pas de lit double. Le parking gratuit situé en sous sol et utilisant un monte charge est nécessaire, le stationnement dans la rue étant difficile. A mon sens, le dos d'âne à l'entrée du monte charge étroit est cependant cause de difficulté.

Siamo stati in 7 nel residence per 6 notti, struttura molto confortevole, ci siamo divertiti e rilassati molto. Il mare è a 5 minuti a piedi, con accesso ad una spiaggia poco affollata e calma. La piscina, all'interno del residence, è facilmente raggiungibile e perfetta per famiglie. La consigliamo molto.

Nice appartment with pool

This was a nice appartment hotel. Its a nice komplex, but the furniture is old. It's situated near the trainstation to go to ventimigle. The hotel is high up so a lot of outdoor stairs from the ocean and the trainstation. We enjoyed the private pool and also the private exit to the beach. There is no store nearby, you have to go by bus to buy food. No nearby restaurants that are open late. The vending machine was much appreciated to buy drinks when we arrived late. On hotels.com it says that this hotel has air condition, thats not true. You can rent a portable ac, helped a lot , but it didn't reach the room in the back. The staff was very friendly, nice bakery service, you could order bread for breakfast. It's an appartment so you have to bring toilet paper and dishing soap. We are satisfied with our stay, good value for your money.

Super bien situé pour l'atterrissage parapente.

Résidence de vacances de 3 bâtiments avec appartements et terrasses de différentes tailles. L'appart. Amandiers n°17 (8 pers. max. si enfants, sinon 6 adultes) a une immense terrasse ensoleillée avec vue panoramique, tables, chaises et transats. Grand frigo, congélateur, vaisselle complète mais pas de fond de maison, sauf sel/poivre -> prévoir papier Q, sacs poubelles, produit vaisselle (évier et machine), produit douche... Coin repas minuscule mais tables en terrasse Salle de lecture-bridge avec large bibliothèque. Lit double pas très grand, "canapé" pas très confortable. Malgré les rénovations, le concept a son âge et les meubles sont vraiment conçus pour accumuler la poussière... Mais cool : vacances !!! Piscine et salle de fitness en descendant vers la plage. Remarque essentielle : le parking (inclus dans le tarif) est accessible par des ascenseurs de petite taille (le coupé 406 que j'avais avant n'aurait pas logé). Un véhicule style Caddy WW ok mais attention à la hauteur dans le parking car parfois tuyaux au plafond. NB : l'étage du parking attribué n'est pas forcément le même que celui de votre appartement. Le bâtiment "Amandiers dispose d'une sortie à l'étage supérieur, direction gare et Monaco. Parapente : la navette ne fonctionne pas chaque jour ; vols parfois impossibles TMA (si Open de tennis par ex.).

Leider hat es sehr nach Katzenurin gestunken. Die Balkone waren so verwinkelt das die Nachbarn uns ihren Rauch ins Zimmer gepustet haben. Die Klospülung war kaputt und lief und rauschte die ganze Zeit und die Betten waren für große Menschen viel zu klein.

Residence tranquillo, personale reception disponibile e cortese. Posizione fantastica, vista stupenda sul mare. Monolocale leggermente piccolo ma funzionale, pulito. Cucina dotata di ogni accessorio utile. Abbiamo trascorso un buon soggiorno, lo consigliamo sicuramente.

Communication tres mauvaise. Sur le site il est marquée draps fournis et lorsque l'on arrive sur place on nous demande de les payer. Ce que je trouve inadmissible et mensonger. Le "directeur" je pense n'a pas aimé ma remarque et je demande a ne pas payer car c'est tout a fait inadmissible. Il ne me fait payer qu'une paire de drap sur deux.et apres bougogne comme si c'etait de ma faute. Demande une garantie de 200€ (comme précisé sur le site) la dame commence à rentrer mes informations de carte de credit sur une feuille blanche.... à la vue des clients qui etaient a côté de moi. J'ai demandé si elle pouvait faire autrement : " oui si ca vous 'chagrine' " ! Lit pas confortable du tout. Le seul point positif à été la jolie vue sur la mer ! Je suis membre gold alors j'en ai essayé des hotels et residences mais celle ci à été la plus décevante en partie à cause de la mauvaise communication et du travail d'amateur de cette residence.

Expedia offre cet hébergement avec une mention qu’il y a de la clim ce qui est faux et pour 4 personnes. C’est minuscule et tout est en option même la litterie! Il faut payer pour avoir la clim et on nous a expliqué le tout après notre première nuit sans dormir a plus de 35 degrés avec 2 jeunes enfants… Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits mais avons dû quitter après une seule nuit des le lever du jour tellement c’était inconfortable et exaspérant. Pas moyen de joindre expedia pour avoir une solution ou un remboursement, pas moyen d’être remboursé sur place puisque le manager nous explique que c’est une réservation expedia… un gros gaspillage d’argent et de temps.
