This was my 3d stay in this stunning place - and I am still blown upon arrival as if it was my first time here. Professional staff, great breakfast, large rooms (front rooms - rear rooms are smaller) - this time I tried the restaurant - the room itself is not great because you have no view but the lobby - but the food was excellent and the staff highly polite and smiling. What could I add? The MC Bay has probably the most stunning indoor pool of Monaco - huge, with both an indoor and an outdoor part. I definitively will return!
First time at the hotel but hopefully not the last! Got a beautiful room with a big balcony, right above the water. If you live in the inland the sound of the waves is like music to the ears. We were early so the room was not ready at arrival but the hotel called when we could access the room and then the bags had already been taken to the room. Big bathroom, comfortable beds - we even got sunshine! Overall a great stay.
well they made my holidays a memorable one > we were there for five nights and spent the new year in Monaco> where should i start from the bell boy were all just too good and always ready to help> the concierge service were par excellence and i took a lot of help from them and was never disappointed> now my room was just spectacular a large and quiet room with a big balcony and facing the sea WOW loved it > the the Blue Gin bar was just too good excellent cocktails > only disadvantage what i felt is that it is not near the city center even though they have a free shuttle bus to take you to the city but not many taxis are there in the city so was a slight problem anyhow overall loved the hotel as well as the city it is just too good and worth a visit for the third time also
We stayed here for 3 nights from December 30th - Jan 1st; celebrating New Years Eve in the Blue Gin bar - My fiancé and I both had an unforgettable time. The property is located in a perfect location to catch the Hop on Hop off bus which stops right outside, which will take you all around Monte-Carlo's hot spots; we brought a 2 day ticket for 25 euros each, or it's 22 euros for 1 day. The reception desk was really good and check in was very speedy - we were told we could pay a deposit of 130 euros each per night which goes on your room card to spend in MC bay hotels restaurant/bar, but this was optional as we rather pay by cash for everything; so we didn't have to pay an initial deposit at all on check in. The concierge desk was the standout; they were so helpful and made great recommendations for dinner and helped get reservations for us. We had an ocean view room which was very spacious and immaculately clean; the balcony was huge! Housekeeping did an excellent job and rang our door bell (Yes you have your own doorbell!) in the afternoon and evening to see if we needed anything done or wanted clean towels. Outstanding service and great food in the restaurants. The Blue Gin bar had a great atmosphere on New Years Eve, outstanding cocktails made from scratch right in front of us, and we watched the firework display at midnight on the beach opposite, which was breath-taking considering it was only done by a few staff members! Our only comment would be to reserve a table inside/outside as we weren't aware we had to do this, so we didn't have anywhere to sit, it was only until the staff members found a small table and small stools for us to sit on which was very kind of them to do! The in-house casino was quite small and only has a number of slot machines; it's best to head to the sun casino at the Fairmont for table games - we aren't big gamblers so the in-house casino was perfect for us just to experience. The bellboys outside were very cheery and attentive. They ordered you taxis very quickly and helped with your bags without you having to ask. We were in room 214 which was right above the bar terrace where loud music was played until around 2am, we were only just coming back at this time so this did not bother us as it stopped by the time we were ready for bed, but I think the quiet rooms are the ones that have a pool/city view. Everything about our stay here was incredible, we really recommend this hotel; you will not be disappointed!
We have stayed here twice and have been very happy both visits. Fortunately we have been given corner rooms both times, the first time facing the pool and city and the second time facing the sea. The excitement and glitz of Monaco is on full display facing the pool whereas the seaview rooms offer a serene tranquility that is ideal for reading out on the terrace. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the center of town, and elevator access up the hill leaves many options open for restaurants and transportation (hint: take the 100 bus all the way to Nice or Menton for a fun day trip). Very substantial free barfet breakfast is quite good, as is the fitness center and pool.
Nice and big hotel great pools and spa good bay view rooms nice size very good lobby and casino food in room service is very good , ideal hotel for vacation with kids location is central and has shuttle facility
I visited again this hotel, with my family, for Christmas Holidays, because last time we liked it. It’s a very nice place, to stay with family. Clean rooms with sea view balcon , good service and nice breakfast. Pool is good for this period of weather. We will come back again.
Beautiful big room, great views, big and comfortable bed and great bathroom. Buffet breakfast was really good, great sea views from breakfast room. Service was good, overall recomended place to stay in Monte-Carlo.
We just finished a corporate conference & training for our client in the monte carlo bay hotel (250 guests 3 days/2nights) and our team was surprised by the friendliness of the whole hotel staff, the flexibility of the sales and marketing team, the professional approach of the banquet team and the fast and efficient staff at the reception and concierge desk. We had a great conference and we had the feeling that everyone in the hotel wanted to help us make the participants happy! Excellent - we will be back!
I've stayed there for business and what I liked the most are the view of the sea and of the bay from the meeting rooms and the sleeping room. Unusual for an event where meeting rooms are usually dark and without windows - not in this case, not in this hotel!! Very comfortable, relaxing, outstanding service and great food. Excellent stay!
